We renovated our backyard and front yard . Had pavers and turf and patio installed together with lighting and fan installed. The finished work was amazing. I love my backyard. We had water damage in our family room. The repair was work was flawless. Maingreen Remodel was a pleasure to work with.

I am absolutely thrilled with my pool and gazebo remodel! The pool looks incredible – the tile design inside gives it such a unique and elegant touch, and the added stone detail around the stairs makes the whole setup look like something out of a high-end resort.

We had an overall positive experience working with this contractor to build our home. He is extremely responsive—always quick to reply to questions and address concerns, which made the process much smoother. One thing we especially appreciated is that he stands behind his work. He consistently took responsibility when issues arose and continued to come back and fix items as required under the contract. Even when something wasn’t done properly the first time, he would redo it without hesitation.

That said, there were moments where additional experience and stronger supervision of subcontractors would have helped prevent some of the rework. A bit more oversight could ensure things are done correctly the first time, saving time and effort for everyone involved.

It’s also worth noting that our project was completed a few years ago, and I would expect that he has gained even more experience since then and likely improved further.

Overall, he is hardworking, accountable, and committed to getting the job done right. With more experience, I believe he will only continue to improve and become an even stronger contractor.

When we were looking for a contractor to do our Bathrooms and Kitchen Counter Tops/ Back Splash Ron with Lio James was the only one to only mention the need for a permit and insisted on it. When we checked into this we found out that he in fact was correct and so we signed up with him. Over the course of the project his craftsmen were outstanding especially the tile and granite countertop people. They did a superior job and Ron even added some special touches for us along the way.
