Marcos and his team have been wonderful.
Recently I purchased a 1928 "fixer" in Los Angeles. I knew when I saw this little 800 sq ft cottage it needed a ton of work but with the right Architect my dream home could be achieved.
Marcos has been able to redesign our 2/1 bedroom home into a a stylish and functional 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath while keeping its original and unique character.
Alloi Architecture has been extremely professional, caring and attentive to my vision for this home.
It has been a pleasure working with them on this project.

My wife and I hired Alloi for a number of jobs on our property, including soundproofing and installing new floors, fixing electrical panel issues, emergency plumbing work, installing a dishwasher, and installing a new deck and stairs. Marcos was extremely helpful in explaining our options and helping us to decide on the best course of action in each case. Not only that, but Marcos personally followed up on all of the work to make sure every detail was perfect and to our liking. Overall, Marcos and Alloi did exceptional work on everything we requested, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results!

What an incredible uniquely personal experience Marcos and the Alloi team gave us as we embarked on our adventure putting a master plan together for our home. They were very thorough paid close attention to details and really listened to what our needs were for our project, which reflected with each iteration. They really took the master plan to a level we never could have imagined.

Marcos Santa Ana and the Alloi team completed the remodel of my 1940s 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. Alloi’s well-thought out, simple, and efficient design is what drew me in to reach out to them for the project. I needed a re-design of my home’s front façade, remodel of the existing bathroom, a master bedroom and bathroom addition, and landscape design. Marcos and his excellent team, including Molly Liu, Eddie Valle, Bassem Dawood, and Marko Boules, were experts at their craft and integrated the design and construction process from start to finish to arrive at an amazing result that transformed my home into a modern place that can carry on for many more years to come for my family and I to enjoy and is truly an inspiring gem in the neighborhood. Alloi was the perfect team to work with, and I am truly grateful for their vision, knowledge, expertise, attention to details, the excellent communication and trust they established with me as a client, and the great care they put into their work.

I had met with a number of architects and contractors regarding my home remodel before I found Alloi. I honestly did not think anyone could deliver a cohesive/functional design that would address the challenges of the existing home. I decided to move forward with a conceptual study with Alloi as I felt Marcos really understood the challenge and the aesthetic I was looking for.

I cannot be more thrilled with the results of the concept study. Marcos and team embraced the challenge, actively listened to all my feedback, and delivered a beautiful design concept. They had such creative ideas to so many of the idiosyncrasies of the house. I was so blown away.

I had leaks in the foundation of my ADU, Edgar and his team did such a great job at a reasonable price that I got them back to sure up the foundation in the main house, cause water was getting in there too. Edgar is an amazing person to work with, definitely recommend working with him.

I worked with Sergio and his team on a remodel for a client. They were all pleasant to work with and his prices are reasonable. I appreciate that Sergio would take the time to explain challenges that came up and discuss possible solutions. His team is very friendly, helpful and they do great work. The remodel looks beautiful. I would definitely work with them again.

Coronado Construction did an awesome job on my new patio. My old deck was old and rotten. The project manager Sergio was outstanding, knowledgeable, and attentive.
He made my vision came to life! I wanted a built-in bench with my deck and a fireplace at the bottom. It turned out exactly how I wanted it to be. Now I can enjoy the company of my friends and family as we sit next to the fireplace.

I am an interior designer and chose Sergio to remodel my bathroom/ guest bedroom and it was obvious that he takes his craft seriously. I have worked with many contractors in my line of work and rate him among the top in his field. I can't say that about all of the contractors I have worked with. Some of the important details to me: He kept me abreast of costs with projections, he was on time, his crew was respectful and respectable, he returns calls promptly, he gave me change orders before the work proceeded, the project was always clean at the end of the day and he always answered my questions with interest and respect.

Sergio and his crew with Coronado Construction are an unbeatable contractor force. They did a full remodel of our master bathroom. New shower, tub, vanity, and all the accessories. They are always on time. The first thing they did was lay down floor protection paper from the front door, up the stairs, all the way to the bathroom. They installed plastic sheeting from floor to ceiling to keep dust out of the bedroom. They even covered our baby's bassinet. Sergio and all the crew had great ideas and were polite and friendly to the family. The remodel turned out amazing! We will absolutely utilize them for the next project. Thanks team!!

Sergio and his team are the absolutely best. They did such an amazing job fixing our rental house that was completed destroyed by our tenants (repaint walls and cabinets, replace carpet floor with laminate, fix sink leakage, toilet etc.). Sergio was so patient to work with us on the best option to achieve our goals within our budget without compromising on quality. Sergio was on top of the project and I was 100% comfortable with the team being there when I could not be. I received pictures along the way and was always called if there were any communication issues of what should be done. When the job was complete Sergio followed up with us multiple times to ensure there were no issues and make sure everything was 100 percent to our liking. We are extremely happy with the results. Coronado Construction has exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them for your next remodel!!!!

We wanted to do a renovation in our backyard and put in a new deck! Of course we went with Coronado Construction Company, we only trust them after they did our bathroom renovation for us about two years ago, we hired them about two weeks ago and the job was done in that time! Really grateful for the team!

All I have to say is thank you Coronado Construction! We are helping our friends open a new business here in LA and we wanted to work with the right people to make the business look come to life! The flooring was done amazing, the partition walls and the bathroom remodel were amazing! I especially love the tile its eye candy. A big plus is that I also went through them for all the lighting as well. Thank you Coronado Construction amazing work. We believe this was a great value. We're really happy with the results.

We remodeled our entire master suite, bedroom, bathroom and closet. We got 5 quotes and ended up selecting CCC, because their pricing was somewhere in the middle, and their quote had a high level of detail to prevent later surprises.

The designers did a great job envisioning the space for us and helping us select options and materials. You have to keep an eye on the total cost since creative designs and materials tend to be expensive. Sergio, our project manager, was very focused on making us happy. As with any construction, there were some bumps in the road, and you have to closely check along the way if you are getting what you want.

We are absolutely thrilled with the stunning transformation that Coronado Construction has brought to our living space and kids room! Everyone can't stop raving about the makeover. Their selection of unique pieces, impeccable quality, and exquisite color schemes have completely exceeded our expectations. Having just moved from Orange County to Los Angeles, we were searching for contractors for the home we had purchased. I came across Coronado Construction because of their excellent reviews, and they did not disappoint! Sergio is wonderful to work with, very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about all areas of the home. His company will take care of any of your needs on your home from top to bottom. He's extremely thorough and detail oriented throughout the whole process. Responsive at all times which is greatly appreciated and his crew treated our home with the utmost respect. They arrived on time, and did their work extremely well. Not one stone was left unchained they are true professionals! I highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs, their prices are extremely fair, and their work is the best I have come across yet!

We did a whole house renovation including structural changes, bathroom and kitchen renovations with Coronado Construction. Their price might be higher than others; however, their service makes it up. For example, we had a hard time to work with structure engineers and the fire sprinkler contractor who are not hired by Coronado; our project manager, Sergio contacted them directly and solved the problems to make sure everything keeps up with the schedule.

Sergio is a hard worker, we usually would receive his messages early in the morning or late in the evening in regards with our project, and he is very fast in terms of responding our questions. What impress us the most was we asked them to fix some problems after the project was finished, they were still able to get it done within a day or 2.

Most of CCC’s crew is professional and polite, we felt safe to give them our keys while we are away. It was pleasant to work with Coronado.
