We decided to renovate our home In LA and we chose CCC based on their prompt response to my request for a larger scale project. Which included a 430 SF addition with new master bedroom and master bath to the back of the house. After meeting with Sergio and going over the scope of work I felt at ease. They were very knowledgeable and we know after our second meeting with them that we didn't need to look further. The finish has exceeded my expectations ! And I'm very happy about that, their finish work is amazing and all the detail they put into our project just made all the difference.

Sergio and his team did a great job on my house, which included interior ceiling popcorn removal, prep and paint, interior wall paint, new baseboards, hand-railing stain and paint, touch-up, some light repair to roof and rain gutters to prep for paint, exterior painting, and some misc paint/touch-ups. He was prompt and responsive and prices were fair. Sergio was able to bundle some prep work, to save time and money. Overall, I highly recommend his work and team for home remodeling, light carpenter/interior/exterior repair and trim and paint work.

I recently had my driveway done in concrete and added artificial turf in between, my goodness what a great combo. The concrete driveway looks just the way I wanted it to, with artificial turn made lines stand out. It’s a huge improvement from before. The combination of the two have made my home a lot better.

If you want the job done right, with utmost professionalism and attention to detail, I cannot recommend Coronado Construction Company in Los Angeles and Sergio enough. We had 2 bathrooms in our house to be remodeled. The first one we decided to go with a cheaper contractor, and boy did we regret it. You really do get what you pay for, and after that experience with shoddy worksmanship, being left with a leaking sink and leaking shower head we were pretty cautious about hiring our next contractor. And we are not new to this, having already remodeled 2 prior condos. But when we met Sergio and told him what we wanted for our master bathroom remodel, we were very reassured and our trust was justified.

Recently completed master and guest bathroom remodeling and very happy we chose CCC. Sergio was very informative about our design options and set up meetings with his vendors for tile, hardware, and fixtures. This gave me the knowledge to select all the materials with a budget I was very pleased with in the end.

His team was very professional, meticulous and hard-working. They completed on schedule and at the price quoted, which we felt was a very fair cost and reasonable timeframe. Permits and inspections were handled very efficiently.

With all the delays with house remodels due to the lack of supplies and contractors we had to be very selective with who gave our bathroom remodel to. After doing a lot of due diligence we decided to go with Coronado Construction. If there's two words to describe Sergio it would be "straight shooter". His skill set was noticed after a couple minutes of speaking with him. I've given him the canvas! He's taken pressure off my shoulders by communicating with my other vendors to make sure all pieces of the project are in sync.

Sergio and team did phenomenal work on our bathroom remodel. They were communicative, on-time, and completed the work exactly as quoted (on-time and 100% complete) They truly treated the remodel as if it was their own home, and the quality and attention to detail was clear. They went above and beyond by performing paint touch ups to resolve cosmetic issues left by another contractor. This was unprompted and a pleasant surprise.

Sergio and his team were top-notch. From the initial consultation to pivoting several times based on new design approaches and availabilities of patio tile, he was patient, friendly and always willing to work with me. We had to remove an old broken jacuzzi from a raised patio decking and decided to expand the patio and create more livable space instead. His crew was efficient and fastidious, and the price he quoted was the price we ended up paying, despite delays and issues outside of anyone's control. Really happy with the results.

There were many days our baby was home during construction and every time, a crew member would check to make sure the noise level was okay. The team became an extended family, we felt safe and at ease, and never felt as if someone was in our way. Sergio took extra care to make sure everything was perfect. Construction is construction, there are delays, things go wrong, it's the nature of the beast. Sergio himself will go great lengths to make sure you're happy.

Sergio did a great job updating our kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom floors. The team did an immaculate job, all the detailing was well done with care and good workmanship, and Sergio made sure that we were able to get all the newest appliances. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time. He was always very communicative and quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had. He gave us daily updates on the progress of the work.

Sergio and his team did a spectacular job on our kitchen project. Our project was on the minor side - just added some cabinets and a countertop along a wall. However Sergio did not make our job seem any less important than any of the other larger projects he had going on - he was available to us whenever we had questions and provided clarity every step of the way.

The job we did was a custom cabinet job so he had his design specialist come in and help us build out exactly what we wanted. From there we ordered parts and got the ball rolling - most other places quoted several weeks and sometimes months lead time, however Sergio did everything from start to finish in about a month.

Sergio and his team were incredible! I am very pleased with how everything looks. I had them install new flooring, recessed lighting, and repaint the interior throughout the whole house. He was very thorough and communicative during the whole process. He caught things during his first visit that other contractors had never mentioned to me. It really gave me peace of mind. Our kitchen remodel went smoothly thanks to Sergio and the rest of Coronado team! We had a small to mid-size kitchen that was 30 years old and in need of an update along with our floors. Sergio was the first we interviewed and it felt like a good fit from the start. He is personable, reasonable, detailed, and sets well-grounded expectations.
