I made calls to several commercial electricians to conduct an assessment and ensure our power was distributed evenly to prevent circuit overloads. From the start, Evaristo was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I was more than happy (and relieved!) to schedule with him.

During the evaluation, he quickly identified solutions to disperse power evenly throughout the computer stations, relocate power connections, and relocate an entire power row to eliminate the use of extension cords for a full section of computer stations.

Evaristo is extremely knowledgeable and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He communicated very well, understood our non-electrician lingo, and asked all questions upfront so he was ready to hit the ground running.

He brought in his team after our office hours toward the end of the week so it didn’t interfere with our work. They were well-prepared and informed of what needed to be done. When I arrived back on Monday, it was like they were never here and everything was magically exactly how we needed it.

He labeled all the outlets and receptacle boxes and provided a legend for our breaker box. We now have a straightforward electrical roadmap to follow in case of any future power disruptions.

Highly recommend for commercial jobs. I’ll certainly call him first if we need anything else!

I had my outside meter panel upgraded initially by someone else, but then had to do some electrical work inside the units in order to pass inspection, and this was done by Pro-Amp Electric and they completed the outside panel work also.

Now let’s talk pricing and speed, 2 of some of the most important aspects when hiring a contractor. Without getting into too many specifics, the price was beyond excellent and Joven and his crew finished constructing so fast, they helped us finish the design portion so we could open! When does that ever happen? In my experience, you have to beg the contractor to pick up the pace!

This was our second time using Joven’s Construction company. The first time was for a commercial space. The second time may have not been as smooth as the first time but in the end they still did a wonderful job. They turned our 1970’s condo into a modern livable space. Solid 4 stars.

These guys are awesome. Easy to work with and great communication. Not only did they demo the existing roof that Home Depot installed 8 years ago, Home Depot did not do a great job, I had leaks 8 years after the new roof installed. Jose and his team came out and pointed out major issues with the existing roof. Once the warranty approved the repairs, his team came out and took care of everything. They even added the needed ventilation that Home Depot did not install. These guys are the real professionals, Home Dpeot is a joke compared to these guys! They work efficiently, great communication and transparency. His team were very respectful of our property, they did an amazing job and they cleaned up everything afterwards. I will use them for future needs. I highly recommend them, you will not regret it. Thank you Jose for your patience through this long nightmare of ours, I really appreciate you!
