I'm consistently let down by the in-store support team when I need help with my projects. It's hard to get anyone to assist me thoroughly.

On the phone, the experience is no better. I've been on hold for hours, waiting to talk to someone about a relatively simple question. In fact, I've had to call multiple times because they kept putting me back on hold, and even then, the calls got cut off three times before I could get a chance to ask my question.

My issue is straightforward: I want to know when floor installation can happen after the measurement process at this specific store location. It's not that complicated, but it seems like nobody has time to answer the phone for more than 5 minutes to provide some basic information.
