The electrician came to our home after a couple of SCE electrical outages and surges. He inspected all of our electrical outlets and breaker switches and explained what needed replacing. He also recommended ways to avoid damage from future SCE surges. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. We are very satisfied with the work performed.

I reached out to them this morning and the response time was about 5 minutes. They squeezed me into the schedule for this morning between 9 am and 11 am. The electrician arrived at 9. He took care of the issue with my smoke detectors. Highly recommend.

The electrician from WEST COAST ELECTRICIAN INC has fixed the wiring done by other contractors for me and has been able to troubleshoot some problems for me. The builder put the plug for the dishwasher under the drain. When we had a leak the water went into the box and caused a fire under the sink. The builder did not install a gfci plug but he came in and moved the plug to a safer location and updated it to a gfci. I have recommended him to friends and they have all been pleased with his work and fair pricing. Hopefully you won't need an electrician but if you do give them a call.

I initially contacted this company to investigate flickering issues our apartment complex was experiencing. Wondering if it was an internal or external issue. They were quick to diagnose possibilities what could be the issue and provided thorough and clear suggestions we as a building should take in order to resolve our flickering issue. We ended up getting sub panels upgraded for safety reasons and they gave us a very fair price. This company was very easy to work with and accommodating before, during, and after the upgrades. Since taking their suggestions into consideration we have not experienced any flickering issues. No more blackouts. But if we ever do we know who to call. We definitely plan to hire them again for future services.

I had issues with the outlets throughout the kitchen. I called and made an appointment for the following week. The next day they called me and advised there was a cancellation and they can come the next day. The electrician showed up the next day determined that i needed to replace the gfcis but he had to get them because he had white ones on the truck and i needed black ones. He left and returned in less than 30 minutes. He replaced the gfcis and cleaned up. After he left one of the outlets didn't work. I called to advise and he returned in less than 30 minutes. All outlets now work perfectly. It's so great to find a service company that is responsive keeps its appointments does good work and stands behind its work. I will definitely call them again when a need arises.

We are completely satisfied with the work this company did at our house. After getting a couple of quotes, we felt the owners estimate was the most honest and reasonable. Estimates from some of the other electricians included a price range for some of the work which seemed to open the door for cost creep. Once we decided to go with this company, the work started quickly and was completed quickly. We now have a new, upgraded service panel, a new dedicated line for the kitchen, a couple extra outlets in the living room and new decorative lighting on the outside of the garage. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again.

The old wiring in my house was not set up to supply the power necessary to run modern computers and power draining equipment. I called this company and the electrician responded quickly and set up an inspection. Two electricians showed up on time and were super cool and professional. They ran a whole series of tests and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting and determining my specific issue. We agreed on a solution and they began work immediately, amazing. In the end, they completely rewired my room with heavier gauge wires as well as splitting out the room into multiple grids so the power would be distributed more evenly. They worked under my crawl space to avoid having to damage any walls and any holes that needed to be created were done in small and manageable areas. The electrician found creative ways to run the wires and saved me lots of headaches not having to deal with extra patching afterwards. I have the highest praise for this company, the owner, and the crew sent to my house to perform two full days worth of interior lighting work. I first contacted the electrician due to the customer satisfaction I noted from numerous Internet sites. He and his company excellent reputation is well deserved. From the moment I met the electrician until the job was complete, I was dealt with honestly, professionally, and pleasantly. The electricians, who performed the work were exceptional in every regard. I confidently recommend this company and if a future need arises will use them again.

I needed some help after my ceiling fan and light stopped working. This company responded to my service request within a few minutes even though it was sunday afternoon. I was given some troubleshooting tips or suggestions to try first but it still didn't work so i was given a quote and a service visit was easily scheduled for two days later. The quote was less than a couple of other businesses that ended up responding later. The owner came out and had it fixed super fast the wiring had come loose. He was extremely nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent work. The electrician was professional friendly on time and honest like the name of the business says. I needed an outside electrical outlet replaced it had been damaged by rain incursion. I was initially interested in this company because they participate in the SGIP program, which offers rebates for solar or solar + battery storage. The idea sounded great, especially since the rebate would cover a large portion of the cost. However, I have some serious concerns that others should be aware of.

One major issue was the contract terms regarding battery ownership. The contract stated that after 15 years, I would have the option to purchase the batteries at market value. But when I spoke to a company representative over the phone, they told me the buyout would only be $0 to $1. If that’s true, why wasn’t it written clearly in the contract?

When I raised this concern, I received no clear response. It feels like the company is being evasive or not fully transparent. They highlight the “too good to be true” parts of the deal, but avoid addressing the long-term implications or giving solid answers. This lack of honesty and poor communication is troubling.

People need to be cautious — the deal might look appealing upfront, but unclear contract terms and unresponsive support could lead to problems down the road. Don’t make a long-term decision without asking a lot of questions and getting everything in writing.

At first I was skeptical because nothing is free, but the representative I spoke with walk me through the process on how it works and was very helpful. Now, I'm in the waiting process which could take up to about a year. It's real and I would recommend.

Update: A few hours later, I received a email stating my electricity company wasn't compatible and my application was closed. Now, I'm thinking I might of gotten scammed and they have my personal information.

I have just signed the documents for Haven Energy to begin the process of approval and scheduling battery installation. Ezra was patient and answered my many questions. I am looking forward to working with all involved. So far, I have confidence that they will deliver.
