My representative Darren Woodward has been very helpful in filling out all of the necessary paperwork for the very complicated application process. I'm applying for up for a free battery backup storage unit through a program with the State of California SGIP. We are in the very beginning stages of the application approval process. Darren has kept me up-to-date throughout the process, helping me with all of the paperwork necessary to get the approval. I look forward to working with Darren @ Haven Energy in remaining process until the finish.

Just starting the process filling out contract documents getting the needed requirement documents from PG&E and signing the contract so far customer service David the Representativehas been responsive. I hope it remains responsive throughout the process until we finally get a backup battery for our solar panels through the program that PG&E has no cost to us sounds awesome almost too good to be true so I am a bit cautious about this process.cross fingers This all run smoothly. I will update if anything else changes. I’m a pure skeptic.

I had a great experience working with David Kimball from Haven Energy. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and clear in explaining every step of the SGIP program and solar battery upgrade process. David took the time to walk me through all the details, answered my questions thoroughly, and made the whole application feel easy and transparent.

Darren is an excellent representative, he is well spoken and answered all of our concerns. He is a wealth of info on various programs and we learned a lot from him.
He spent a lot of time with us and requested we interrupt him to ask questions. He made it very clear how the program works.
In the long run, we decided to not try to go into the program as our house is really just too small. If we had a larger house with larger utilitiy bills and we were a bit younger we would have gone ahead and signed the contract.

We are very happy to say we are the proud owners of a Franklin 15KW Battery made possible through Haven Electric and PGE. The best part is because we qualified , it was free.It will also bring down our PG&E bill because the battery will kick on from 4-9 , during the most expensive part of the day. I recommend anyone who is interested ,check in with Haven Electric and see if you qualify!!

Getting a battery backup installed for solar is a large task for any company. Permits, site inspections, the actual install is very labor intensive and requires expert qualifications.

Haven Energy is a top quality company that installed my Franklin (top rated in the industry) solar battery backup. They always kept their word. They arrived on time. They worked for exactly 2 days as they said. Their electricians are detailed and experienced. The power was off for the timeframe that was instructed for the house. Everything about this experience was excellent.

My install comes with a warranty from Hagen for one year.

When I need more solar panels or anything solar I am using haven again.

The men arrived on time. Everything was explained to me before any work started. I was surprised that the work was quiet. When the installation was completed the battery and each box and cable was explained.
The garage and the yard area was totally cleaned up. The men were professional and very nice.
I would definitely refer this company to my friends and relatives.

I love how this company took care of all the administrative paperwork and secured me a battery through SGIP. There are other programs offering free solar and battery, but it's all a gimmick to get you to lease equipment or to pay a fixed rate for solar electricity. Haven is not like this, they work with the state to process your paperwork for access to solar. We got our battery installed yesterday and it's amazing.

Got a battery installed by a crew that was hired by Haven Energy, they did a horrible job and damaged my property. It has been a pain trying to get them to fixed the damaged they did to my property. The crew was not very professional and they kept complaining about how much work they had to do.

Althought the paperwork review, city and utility inspections took a while (not controlled by Haven), the installation by a local contractor and the operation of the unit went smoothly. I have already recommended them to my neighbors for solar battery storage systems.

I have solar companys go up and down my street at least twice a month pushing panels and batterys but it has no comparison to what Haven Energy had to offer and for FREE. Andrew and Johnathan were the dynmaic duo they promised to be through and through. Andrew stayed in constant contact and answered all my questions throughly and knowledgeably, I was very impressed with his work ethic and how he presented himself in a respectful, responsible, and above all professional manner while helping me through the whole process. He handed me off to Johnathan who matched Andrew's energy ten fold and made the signing process through docusign very fast, efficient, and user friendly. Haven picked Baker electric for the install and the guys were very professional quick no mistakes they got it done three days and what a great program Haven offered by using all the rebates so it cost nothing out of pocket for me

The install was great. From the time they showed up all the workers were professional and explained everything in detail. They cleaned up when they were done like they were never there. I am beyond happy with the service they provided. 10 out of 10 and would recommend to everyone
