First off the work that was done to my house was amazing. It turned my outdated home in Los Gatos to looking new and modern. I recently purchased a fixer-upper home with the intention of selling. I contacted Oren with OCA Builders; he was quick to respond and met with my husband and me. He sent a detailed estimate with break down and stages of work. The renovation included new plumbing, electrical and new panel, new roof, drywall‘s modern bathrooms, modern kitchen, floors, windows, and lighting. By utilizing OCA Builders' network we have gotten better prices for everything from tile to the HVAC system. One example comes to mind when they managed to find redwood siding that fit our original house at 50% of the quotes I've been able to find.

I highly recommend OCA Builders! I've been a Los Gatos resident for 20 years and been through many remodeling projects. By far Oren (the owner) is the best Contractor I have worked with. Oren's team took my bathroom down to the stud and managed to complete the entire remodel within four weeks. They are clean, polite, never missed a day of work, the plan stayed on track, and the quality of their work is impeccable. What's most worthy of note is Oren's eye for detail. He came by everyday to make sure we were happy. I heavily relied and trusted his decisions as there were times we had to pivot and make design changes. I will never use another contractor again.
