Flew down from Washington to help my parents find a contractor, find OCA builders online and had a meeting with Oren the owner. He took care of everything from city permits to finding the cabinets, countertops and tile, gave us daily schedule and and progress report. The project was smooth without hiccups and the results were superb. Will definitely refer them to any of my California friends
