Ethan was referred to me by some friends and boy am I glad they found him. We just finished remodeling both bathrooms from their original 1958 glory to beautiful modern, functional rooms. Ethan is incredible - detail oriented, conscientious, reliable and skilled. He kept us updated every step of the way as to what needed to be done and when. I am looking forward to starting our next project with Ethan and Gorham Construction.

Update - just finished another project with Ethan. This time he removed the old 1958 paneling in our family room and gave clean white walls, new lighting in the kitchen and updated the wiring so we could have a microwave hood installed. So not a big project but a nice refresh. Ethan again, was great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I can only say positive things about my experience with Gorham Construction. Ethan was on time to every meeting, professional, cost-effective, and an absolute expert in his craft. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to give me exactly what I asked for. I strongly recommend hiring him for your next project if you want it done properly. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Our construction journey has been long and involved - complicated by covid, the economy and all of the standard ups and downs of remodeling a dated, flawed property into what we knew could be our dream home.

Thankfully, the Conrado team has been along on this ride from the very beginning.

Any remodel or construction is a journey riddled with highs and lows but I’ll say this much - our faith and trust in Conrado is such, that upon completion of the remodel of the main house, we didn’t hesitate to engage them regarding our next endeavor for the property. This next project will be no smaller - ADU, adding two more decks, a completely custom outdoor kitchen, newly constructed pool and surrounding area, orchard, as well as complete relandscaping of the property, with repaving, regrading and drainage.

We have huge confidence in our team - they’re true professionals with impeccable attention to detail and depth of knowledge in their field. Their response time and ability to problem solve has been a huge help in getting the ball rolling and hopefully we'll break ground on construction come the new year.

We cannot wait to see plans blossom into fruition - when all is said and done, it’ll be nothing short of a dream.

I’ll mention one thing more - the ‘Home Care’ service has been incredible. Annette, our Home Care manager, is an absolute life-saver. They help with maintenance, repairs and amendments, it’s a huge relief knowing that were something to need attention, Conrado maintains a great relationship with subs, who are able to help promptly no matter the issue at hand.

Working with Conrado Home Maintenance has been an easy way to keep our home pristine and up-to-date with all repairs. Every year all areas of the house are checked for any problems. When difficulties arise I can call my Conrado contact and get an immediate response. Problems are always resolved in a timely fashion with very competent technicians. As a result our home is in great condition and relatively stress free for us.

I have worked with Conrado Home Builders for nearly 10 years and my boss for over 25 years and 3 home builds later. They have impeccable quality and workmanship. All their sub-contractors are amazing and continue to deliver exceptional service. Thank you so much to the entire Conrado Team who work so hard to produce beautiful homes and lasting relationships!

Conrado Builders built our custom home 22 years ago and, over the years, have continued to help us with projects ranging from repairs to remodels. Their workmanship is impeccable—our home still looks brand new. Every subcontractor they bring in is top quality, and the entire team is a pleasure to work with. While they may be more expensive than others, the work is truly flawless. In my opinion this COMPANY IS BAD and I DO NOT recommend using this business if you want anything done in a REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, especially for the PRICE. This company was hired to work on a road, fixing asphalt and laying new one down. This company closed off the road for the entire day (8-5), or so they said it would be that amount of time. They actually WENT FAR OVER SET TIME of 5:00pm to the point where I was starting to wonder if I’d be home in time to make my children dinner before bed. They also DIDN’T NOTIFY me that they would be going over the allotted amount of time by so much and blocked the road off after finishing for even more time with the owners truck, despite the equipment being put to the side of the road and asphalt being laid down already. The owner of the company was standing on the side of the road giving dirty looks to passerby’s once he had moved his car. My husband and I were shocked that our neighborhood committee would hire someone so UNFRIENDLY and inconsiderate of peoples time and then would also act with such a POOR ATTITUDE. I guess he hasn’t heard of being kind to people at their own home, especially when he’s being paid by those people. Once again that is my opinion and doesn’t reflect the opinion of everyone else in the community I live with.
The fact the price for this service is so steep when the service is seemingly so poor from the customer service end is disappointing. I was looking forward to using a local company that I could entrust in the future but I don’t know how I’m supposed to smile and wave to them in the future after this experience.
Say what you will about complaining in reviews but this was NOT OK and NOT PROFESSIONAL. If you’re hired to provide a service, at least give forewarning if you’re going to go over time and do the job without making people feel like their neighborhood is unwelcome to come home to.
The asphalt was ok, the quality of it didn’t seem to be poor or cheap. However, because the people who run this company were so unpleasant I would actually RECOMMEND CALVAC PAVING or APEX ASPHALT PAVING INSTEAD for better price to service ratio. They have never done me wrong!

We had an excellent experience with this company. Our driveway had a small failing culvert halfway down it that caused the water to overflow and ruin the asphalt. At the top, a seasonal spring popped up and flooded the garage and damaged the driveway, too. This company got our long driveway repair/replacement and expanded culvert work done on time and on budget. They were friendly and professional. They gave good instructions on maintenance needs and schedule (future resealing), thoughtfully placed curbs for rain water flow, used appropriate materials for the culvert, made a nice wide entrance to direct the water into the culvert, made the exit of the culvert thoughtfully with large rocks to slow and break up the flow of water as it exited in order to avoid soil erosion. This work was done in 2016, just before the sale of our home. We went by recently. The owners said it held up beautifully through everything.

The quality and skill C&S's performed on repaving our shared private road of approximately 0.8 miles was beyond expectations (A1+). Our mountainous paved road is one-way with numerous challenges. I would not hesitate to rehire or refer C&S''s for any future projects.

Our road association contracted with Cory and Sons to repair and repave an existing private road approximately a half mile in length. I worked directly with Aaron Corey and he was readily available for bids and responsive to my inquiries and requests. He kept us informed of timing and the process throughout the project. The result exceeded our expectations. The road was repaired and replaced in 3 days. I highly recommend this organization and would be happy to personally provide an excellent reference. From the first time I contacted Concrete Builders of Los Gatos I could tell they cared. Their response time was within minutes and it was on a Sunday. This is a company I am very comfortable doing business with. They are hard working and conscientious.

Our home is located near Vasona Park and it was nice dealing with someone who knows the area.

After dealing with worn concrete, we decided to replace it and the results turned out great.
