Danny was recommended from a good friend and I am so glad he was! Fanny and his team did a total kitchen and bar remodel including taking down a large load bearing wall. Danny stuck to the initial timeline and budget precisely and provided exceptional customer care every step of the way. his integrity was top-notch and he was always there to ease our anxieties or stresses throughout the process. I could not recommend Danny more highly!

Danny of 1st Choice Builders built my JADU. It was difficult to choose a contractor without a reference since I didn't know anyone who did similar project. I contacted around 20 contractors over two years periods before I decided to do business with Danny. His price was in the upper half of the ~15 estimates we got. But I liked him as a person of character to do business with since he was willing to educate us and he wasn't pushing to sell; which is rare in America. Moreover, his payment plan was per inspection completion, so that we knew he would do a great job. He also advised us on various items such as AC size from 1.5 ton to 2 tons, ways to make the place soundproof, ways to use the exterior door without cutting the beam to name a few. I never felt pressure by him for minor changes and price was not bumped up at all. Furthermore, to this day Danny returns my phone calls. Overall, I highly recommend Danny and Debra they are a great team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Debra from 1st Choice Builders for my dream house project, and I cannot recommend him enough. Then I find Danny at 1st Choice. Not only he started the job immediately but also able to finish it only a quarter of the time what other contract suggest. More importantly, the finishing quality is even better and price is almost the same.

Both Danny and Debra are quite responsive for any request you have and the team is so experienced. They saved my family from all the hassles on a rebuild project.

After we purchased our home, we had several different projects we needed to complete. Danny and Debra are so meticulous in all they do. The discussions before the project, the paperwork, their prep time, and clean up were evident of their work ethic. They are true experts in remodeling and providing the correct fixes with out taking shortcuts. We had a great experience with Danny and the entire team. We started with some roof repairs and they continued to help with all concerns we had in the backyard, including design. We were so lucky to find Ethan to do a very difficult stair replacement last fall. It was a tedious, unusual job that no-one wanted to tackle. Ethan analyzed what needed to be done and created the perfect stairway that matched the existing one. Now it look like there never could have been anything else. We have just recently had him completely redo our entry with wall tile and a glass stair rail. We really appreciated his insight in knowing how this had to be. We have several other small projects that he is helping us with , but if we needed a total remodel we would use him in an instant! He is a perfectionist, knows all the codes, a pleasure to work with, and a very lucky find!
