It’s been 3 months now after we hired Palm Construction to build our lovely deck. Now we are getting our insulation updated for the winter, since we are home nowadays almost 24/7 with everything going on now.
The representative checked our attic and crawl space and advised us to to focus on air sealing since our heater is only 11 years old, we cleaned up the attic and sealed everything, it was a good opportunity to get rid off some old junk!
Eventually the guys sealed the fixtures and install sheets of insulation. It’s been 4 days and my family can feel the difference! Its cozy and warm with less heating, it’s definitely going to be a nice holiday season.

Fireplace inserts can be tricky to vent but they found a way to run the liner up our existing flue without damaging the masonry. The trim kit they fabricated fits the opening like a glove and the heat output is incredible.
