After a few hands messing with my wiring (other companies too) including myself, the furnace and ac to the thermostat was a mess. Then I called Purls, calling for the "one" to fix it. Juan surely was the one! He had to read my faded wire schematics and start from the beginning!! The job was a success. Very grateful. Now my family is warm in this cold 45° weather. Thank you

We’ve been using Purl’s now for over three years. They have always been professional and have provided incredible service for both our Heating And Air Conditioning. We had to have some extensive work done this week and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I highly recommend their services. They sent it to highly trained technicians, Chuck & Omar. They were incredibly thorough and explained each stage of their installation.

Had to replace our over 20 year-old Fujitsu ductless mini split heating/cooling system due to no parts available anymore. Purls installed a Carrier system as a perfect replacement plus added an extra unit. Chuck and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with the whole process. All of them really knew their stuff.

I'd like to wholeheartedly thank and praise the young technician, Christian, who serviced my unit today. My experience with him was the exact opposite of the day before when a competitor's technician looked at the same unit. Not only did the competitor's tech fail to fix the problem, they essentially condemned the furnace and told me I was looking at either an $8,000 repair bill or replacing the whole unit at even greater cost! That tech attempted to pressure me to buy a new unit soon. Don't wait, he exclaimed! It was like dealing with a used car salesman.

The Purl's technician, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had the furnace working in short order. As I watched, he did a much more thorough inspection that the tech from the competitor. No unnecessary upselling, just competent workmanship and good, straightforward, communication. I am now a Purl's customer and will be recommending them unreservedly. However many "stars" are available to rate this tech, he gets them all.

My experience with Mosqueda's Cooling was great. Ernesto always takes the time to explain what he did and if there's a possible problem, he provides a solution. He's very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable.

We have been so very pleased with Mosqueda's Cooling and Heating. They are knowledgeable in all areas and Units. They work efficiently and quick. I also like how they explained what needed to be replaced with photos that they take of your AC unit. Excellent service. Javier called before arriving letting us know he was only a few minutes away. Very professional and clear on explaining what was needed and why. Documentation and pictures of everything explained was provided and emailed afterwards. I will for sure continue using them for any future service.

Mosqueda’s is possibly the best company I’ve used. They answered my call right away when I needed someone to check my air conditioner. I’m usually handy on stuff but not that. They showed up within the time frame that was mentioned and found the issue right away. They even recommended a maintenance plan. And for sure I said yes. Customer service is great. Enrique was the one that came to repair/service my ac unit went beyond and above my expectations. They were able to fix my ac the same day I call them. Really recommend this company.
