Great job and very professional. I had some trouble with my AC on a saturday and the only company working was mosqueda's that's a definite plus in my book. They took a look at my unit came down and showed me photos, funny thing is in all the years I've lived in my home that's the first time I've seen it. They showed me the problem explained what was wrong with it and fixed it the same day. Once again great job guys and thanks again it would have been a hot mother if you hadn't answered my call.

I’ve been using them for a few years now and I’m so happy with the way they come always very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful always get everything done in a timely manner no matter what technicians are sent out to our home on top of everything if we ever have a problem with our ac unit they always find the problem and fix it for us never had a problem with them I’m so grateful that they are always straight forward with any problems we have with our ac thank you to the boss and his crew plus let’s not forget their lovely reception

Called for a maintenance appointment for my mother.

They called before they came out on the day of the appointment and were here on their ETA.

They were courteous and respectful and got the job done. They also informed my mother of some parts that should be changed soon and the price.

Angel and Eduardo arrived at the house promptly, they courteously introduced themselves and proceeded to diagnose the problem with the heater. Upon examination of the unit a small malfunction was detected and they fixed it quickly. We appreciate Mosqueda’s Cooling and Heating for being an attentive and honest company.

When you call for AC repair your expectation is that the company has integrity and is honest because when it's 100 degrees you're at their mercy and it's easy to take advantage of customers. I'm glad I found Mosqueda's! The first company I called went out, told me there were a lot of things broken and I should just buy a brand new unit lol...really? When I called Mosquedas the owner Ernesto came by, super friendly, gave notice before coming and diagnosed the problems quickly. He was able to find that the cause was improper wiring by the previous technician along with some minor issues causing the unit not to cool. He emailed me detailed notes and pictures so there was full transparency throughout. Everything included was only $200, vs 3k for new compressor and 9k for a new unit the other company wanted. Ernesto my dad and I can not thank you guys enough for your quality service!

Mosquedas cooling and heating are very professional with what they do. They explain what they find during the maintenance check and also provide pictures to better know what they are explaining. We have been getting services through them for aImost 3 years and I highly recommend them!

This company was recommended to me by my son. Ernesto thoroughly explained to me what the project entailed. He gave me a detailed estimate with the cost breakdown. I got three bids and checked the reviews. I decided to go with Mosquedas. I am really happy I chose them to install our new HVAC split system! **Horrible Experience with Mosqueda Refrigeration LLC via Home Warranty Select**

I had the misfortune of being assigned Mosqueda Refrigeration LLC through my home warranty company. I followed their request to select multiple time slots for the repair—choosing Tuesday and Wednesday with three different times. However, I never received a confirmation on when they’d actually come.

Tuesday came and went with no one showing up. When I called on Wednesday morning, they claimed they had no record of my appointment and asked for my claim number. After I provided it, they suddenly stated they came on Monday, but no one answered. I sent a screenshot proving I had selected Tuesday and Wednesday because I was out of town on Monday.

They then promised to come out Wednesday morning, but once again, they failed to show up. I called the number my home warranty company provided, and someone assured me they’d be out between 2-6 PM on Wednesday. It’s now past 6 PM, and once again, they’re a no-show.

This is beyond frustrating, especially considering it’s summer in Arizona, where temperatures reach 110°F for weeks on end. In such extreme conditions, it should be illegal for a company to treat customers this way. The power company won’t turn off electricity in the summer because it’s a life-threatening situation, yet this A/C company seems to have no regard for people’s safety or basic customer service. **Completely unreliable and unprofessional!** I highly recommend steering clear of Mosqueda Refrigeration LLC.

Mosqueda's is a very professional company, the owner and his entire crew. The crew was always prompt, kept us informed, were very courteous, cleaned up after job, and they know their job extremely well. The owner is very professional and what he said he would do, he did. This is an A+++ company and we highly recommend them.

We called Mosqueda’s for a 2nd opinion. The technician was able to come to our home the same day. Rodrigo was well versed and thorough. He had our unit working within two hours. The first company we received a quote from read from a sales template and advised we buy a brand new unit. Calling Mosqueda’s saved us $30,000! I am telling everyone about them.

Where do I start? From day 1 Ernesto has impressed us with his high level of customer service and his unbelievable knowledge of HVAC systems. He spent a large amount of time informing us of our choices and outlined a plan to install a brand new split system in our home. When it came to the install the staff was just as professional as Ernesto and they completed the entire job in less than 2 days. Bonus for those that read this, his quote was 25% less than the "big name" companies in town that spend less than 15 minutes with you before telling you that you need a brand new system. I will refer Mosqueda's Cooling and Heating to anyone that I know looking for great service and great prices.
