Friendly staff, everything ordered was ready and I even got help loading everything up.

I asked and paid for 60ft but only received 30ft. Big set back for the project. Store was closed friday and is 3hrs (1 way) away from the job site. Unable to buy/exchange wire at other locations in the Bay Area. Have to reschedule electrical crew and repay their travel time. Manager was not very sympathy to the situation.

This electrician knows what he's doing I know a little bit about electrical and he diagnosed the problem amazingly quick

Riley wanted to install all new wires in the house which is very expensive. I spoke to another electrician and he said only one room outlets needed to be replaced and it does not cost much.

I thought my garage was an absolute disaster due to the electrical I saw. Shaun reassured me it really wasn't bad & he was right! An hour later, it was all done & it looks beautiful! No bare wires! A new outdoor light, oh my!!

The bill had very little detail. I was changing from fluorescent to LED bulbs in a parking lot sign. I asked for a receipt for the bulbs and he got mad. He told me all the trouble he went to get the bulbs and told me his receipt was enough. He removed the bulbs and told me to get someone else to do it.

Our contact with Semper Solaris (the person who replied to the message I left) Josh is the best. Great straight forward information as to what the steps would be with replacement of the module that appears to no longer function. How and when it would all happen. Really helpful. Bruce & Elodie

Spoke to Josh for a virtual technical support appointment. He was very helpful and provided me with technical support on my mesh system based on his knowledge that’s helpful for my other home electronics. I’ve had no complaints with Semper Solaris. This interaction with Josh reminded me of how happy I am I chose Semper over sunrun, who I had at my previous residence. Sunrun was terrible and Semper Solaris is great which is why I’ve referred several people.

I'm very happy with my experience, except I was not told anything about periodic service requirements. One additional thing: My elderly neighbor, who had her system installed before mine, was kind enough to refer your company. She was offered a thank you reimbursement but didn't receive anything. This is, I'm sure, an oversight. I'd like to ask you to look into it.

Chris was exceptional as a knowledgeable worker, explained the process, cleaned up after each day of work and explain/taught us how to operate the HVAC.

This review is for Mike the technician not Semper Solaris the company. Mike showed up promptly and assessed the issue that I have told customer service about for weeks. It should not have taken a month for a customer service agent to get back to me and schedule an appointment. Regardless of the issues with Semper Solaris, Mike was fantastic, fixed the issue, got my system up and running, and was the most respectful technician that I have had in some time.

Angie was amazing!! Super helpful, sweet and professional! She even made sure to follow up later in the day to ensure my data was updating and that my panels were all producing as they should!! I’d give her more stars if I could; she was wonderful to work with!

Angie was outstanding with her support. Very knowledgeable and explained the issue very clearly. She provided alternatives and cost effective ways for me to get back to a full system monitoring. By far one of the best customer support representatives I have ever talked with.

This was the project from hell, and semper solaris was very much less than helpful. To start with, adding six solar panels and a battery to my existing system took 10 months when the contract called for three months. The installers were not given the correct information, so the system had to be reinstalled and then re-reinstalled. When I asked what kind of compensation they would be willing to provide for the delays and lost revenue (no solar credits during construction), I was told that they “don’t do that”. Getting hold of their customer service is easy, they just don’t do anything. To this date, I have been offered nothing for the delays, lost revenue, and my lost time. I strongly recommend that if you’re interested in going solar, you look elsewhere.

Angie was awesome, she was professional, kind and very helpful. As far as the company I used to be a big supporter but the customer service has gone south. I call three times over two weeks and left a message regarding my solar issue with a live call taker. I never got a call back. I had to connect with a former employee to get a response. Roland O has been very helpful from the start of this installation project to the very end of the completion. His knowledge to understanding the installation plan and carrying out the plan through has been excellent. Great customer service - rapid follow up. Confirms our choice to select Semper Solaris as our top solar installer! Angie was quick and courteous even though the original problem was with the manufacturer and a repair that had been performed the previous week, she was able to fix in 1 hour what the manufacturer had ignored for six days!
