I want to say that Josh handled both of my issues w professionalism and true concern. The greatest thing is he came up w a solution at no cost or inconvenience to me w regards to the electrical panel that SS installed on my original installation. His demeanor was very reassuring that he would be in contact w me as soon as he could after his investigation, which he did in a timely manner. Josh is an asset to SS company

Angie C. was great helping me trouble shoot my problem. She was knowledgeable and kind as she walked me through all of the steps to get my solar up and running again in a timely manner.

I usually do not like to reviews, but in this case, I would like to shout out that Josh D is a very professional , courteous and knowledgeable tech support member for Semper Solaris. He definitely makes dealing with technical issues a lot easier to deal with. As long as I continue to get great customer services I can without any problem give them a recommendation. Cause that the main issues with companies that install solar/battery backups. Once installation is complete, they disappear but so far with Semper Solaris they continue to be there if needed and for me that's what counts.

Choosing Semper Solaris was a no brainer. Very easy installation. More importantly than the install has been there service I've received when contacting them. I was recently working with them to resolve questions regarding consumption vs generation on an annual basis. Josh D was an amazing representation of this company. It was a delight to work with and, the fact that he appreciates a good excel data spreadsheet like I, was a plus. Data doesn't lie...

Tony DeLanda and the Semper Solaris team have been amazing. The solar panel/battery install team was quick and efficient and did a great job. They were in and out in one day (six hours) instead of the allotted two days. Very happy with their services thus far…job well done, thanks!

When making an appointment for maintenance, I was clear about what was needed. However, upon the service tech’s arrival it was discovered that a last-minute necessary change in schedule had caused the tech to be unprepared. With direct communication all was adjusted and service performed as expected. The tech, Albert, took the time to explain in detail everything that he did and was courteous and professional at all times. Absolutely excellent service.

Lance gave us detailed information and established our highest level of trust in Semper Solaris. Manny and Jose replaced our roof and we love our new roof and we love the job they did! Juan and Lupe followed up with installation of the HVAC and we are overly satisfied with their knowledge and craftmsmanship as well! Mike and Tim , from the Semper Solaris office kept us informed with very helpful updates and responded in a timely manner when we had concerns. We truly appreciate the team efforts of all of these individuals and we are overly satisfied so far. We take great pride in our home that we purchased in 1987 and we now take great pride in these upgrades! Looking forward to the addition of solar next.

Angie was great at helping me get my two Tesla Powerwalls added to my app. We had some troubleshooting issues along the way, but she was relentless at helping to ensure that we completed the mission. Thanks for that!

Danny S was once again, extremely courteous and honest. He returned for our routine maintenance, provided some quotes for ducking versus an additional mini split. He did an excellent job cleaning the coils on our mini splits and replacing the filters. He was quick and efficient! It’s always nice when he comes by.

Alberto was great. Helpful, Knowledgeable and worked hard to get the job done correctly and in an expedient manner. Excellent job.

Juan Figueroa came back to adjust some vents and install a couple of baffles and he was amazing. Thorough and professional. Excellent job

Branden was outstanding!! He was prompt and extremely helpful since our furnace has been very noisy! In fact the furnace awakened me at 4:00 am. When I told Branden that we had a louder furnace than our previous Semper Solaris, he immediately worked and was successful in getting it to quiet down.

How thrilled my husband and I were with his patience in waiting for hours for the inspector to arrive! We could not be happier that Branden was chosen to be our Service Tech.

If ever we need someone again from Semper Solaris, we ask you that Branden be assigned to work with us. By the way, my husband Leland Snider, felt as positive about Branden as I did. My husband, who was present, is very hard of hearing which is why I worked with Branden. Thank you for assigning Branden to Lee and me!!

Danny performed our assessment for our new HVAC. He showed up on time, explained what he needed to do and how long he needed. After, he discussed his findings and provided a few recommendations. Overall, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend using him!

A few hours later, Alberto came out for the solar assessment. He was professional, informative and explained the options for battery placement.

Both gentlemen represented Semper Solaris quite well.

Install of solar was great. Crew was on-time, kept us posted on the status and explained everything at the end. Overall process for solar was much quicker than anticipated.

The support staff is very helpful in correcting the deficiency which the sales staff was supposed to follow up. The support staff Josh was very attentive and make sure every corrective steps are taken to resolve the issue. The solar system has a very long term warranty. Having the good support team is crucial for the investment with long life expectancy.

I recently had a new roof and added a power wall 2 to my house. They had to remove and reinstall my solar panels after completion of my roof. After adding the power wall my system started not producing correctly to the point of not producing at all. I've called numerous times over the last month to have someone come out to have it fixed since they said they claim ownership of any issues that arise after touching my solar panels system. I keep calling every couple days and yet I get no call back. I'm satisfied with the work of the roof but highly disappointed of my the work done of reinstalling my solar panels and customer service. As a veteran company I thought they would take more pride in their work and the seriousness of the matter, as a veteran myself I expected precision work, that has not been the case. I don't recommend this company at all to anyone. They don't guarantee or stand behind their work as they claim.

Albert was extremely helpful! He was so thorough with the entire inspection on a unit not even installed by Semper Solaris. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and ensure there was not underlying issues anywhere else. I felt like he cared about doing his best work and did not settle with just checking off a to-do task. Incredible employee and a great company!

Alberto was very knowledgeable and addressed our issues thoroughly which resulted in us getting our AC back up and running. He was very respectful and considerate while in our home. Thanks for a job well done.

Josh of Semper Solaris was extremely helpful in walking us through understanding what information our Tesla app can provide as well as how we can make changes, if necessary. His patience with us and ability to “show” us over a phone call was quite refreshing and fantastic. He answered all of our questions!
