We called last night and were able to arrange for them to come this morning! He arrived on time, James did an awesome job and was very friendly and dependable. We were charged a very fair price and I would not hesitate to recommend them! Great Job!!The best plumbing company I have ever used!!!

GP Piping did an outstanding job! My home in Pacific Grove has a clay sewer pipe that tree roots easily invade and cause a clog. Caleb gave me a very fair estimate to replace a broken 3' section of sewer pipe. They do excellent work. Today I also had two valves for my washing machine water feed replaced by them. They are experts at leak detection and repiping. This is now my go-to plumbing company!

100% recommend using GP Piping for any type of plumbing you need done. Caleb and his company are very professional and know how to get the job done correctly at a more than fair price. Their response time was great and Caleb got the job done quickly. I had a huge clog in the sewer line just before the septic tank which caused an overflow out of the first floor bathtub and toilet. Caleb came out and cleared the clog in no time. He also let me know the septic tank needed to be emptied and gave me the contact info to a good septic tank pumping service company.

We had emergency for the water pipeline connection while installing water softener. Caleb from GP Piping is the few to work with CPVC pipe. He fixed the issue and gave us good price by carrying the fix price to future water softener installation. Caleb is very experienced. He ordered all needed parts and installed the water softener. The neat and quality work he finished demonstrated he is very skilled and organized professional.

Our gas line had a leak near the concrete slab, here in Monterey, and GP Piping was able to get us on the schedule right away. We had got a few different quotes on the repair and they had the best price for the value. Thank you!

The only complaint I have is the cost is a bit high.

They just said no. I asked to get a toilet bidet attachment installed but they didn't want to put a hole in the side of a cabinet to attach the hot water hose.

Worked with these guys for many years. They're honest, on time, professional, and reasonably priced. I recommend Marina Plumbing very very highly.

Do NOT let this technician into your home. Irritable and almost hostile in a way for (me) being 10 min late. And when you ask him to leave, he demands $110 for the service call. At this point, you just want the simple job done without having to start the process over again and go another dinner with a leaking sink. Very uncomfortable situation with a stranger in your home escalating things with you. Use someone else.

If you need plumbing services, I highly recommend that you call a different company. I work for the service industry as a director and this is one of the worst customer service yet that I have encountered. If you decide to use this company make sure they give you details on their charges, they will end up with a laundry list of charges. Also, expect a technician with minimal customer service values. I ended up paying $500.00 for about 15-20 min of actual work that did not resolve our problem with our plumbing and actually added more to our stress. Our daughter was hospitalized pneumonia last month. When the hospital gave her the go-ahead to come home, we were so concerned about the air quality in our home, and wanted to ensure that it was clean and healthy. We called the company that originally installed our heater, and they were unable to help us. My husband and I had heard amazing things about Marina Plumbing, and we decided to give them a call. Marina Plumbing understood our concerns for our daughter, and made us a top priority. They came the day before she got out of the hospital, and figured out the problem with our heater in NO TIME. We were so pleased with their thorough and timely fix. Marina Plumbing is an amazing family business that truly puts family first. They pride themselves on quality, and top notch service. I could not be happier, and will call them for all future plumbing and heating needs. HIGHLY recommend this business.

Great experience! Service tech named James came out to our house. Was prompt, professional and had a courteous and friendly demeanor! We were expecting the worse in terms of price and it turned out to be much less than we thought. I will only use Marina Plumbing and Heating going forward!

They came out to a home where I was working in Carmel to fix a water leak under the house. Justin found the leak, fixed it, and charged a very fair price.
Two other plumbing companies came here first and both couldn’t find this leak. PLUS one of the other companies charged more than Marina Plumbing and Heating just for looking!

I called to have my tankless water heater serviced and right from my first call I liked the service. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and personable. He answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with scheduling an appointment. The plumber arrived for our appointment on schedule and got right to work. He was efficient and did a great job. I paid the amount that I was quoted and he was done. The next day I got a follow up phone call about my experience. Which I thought was a nice touch. I'd recommend them to my friends.

This company, and Ben Smith in particular, is very very knowledgeable about Marina plumbing issues. They've helped us understand a whole series of issues including sewer lateral status and replacement, galvanized pipe maintenance and replacement, etc., etc. I very, very highly recommend them.

Everything about the fix was great until I got the bill. Just be aware that they will charge $135/hour for their drive time from Marina and back and they will round up. I have never had a contractor charge me for that - apparently it is somewhat common, but I was not told that they would be charging me for drive time in advance.

I am so grateful to have found Justin, Ben, and Ashley! They treat me as if I am their only customer and worked to establish a relationship with me as a client. Their recommendations always take my financial capabilities into account. I can’t say enough good things! I am so happy to support this local family owned business!!! The services I list as having received are across the last few years.
