Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and expertise in fixing my plumbing issue. German was the plumber who came out to my home, he was able to identify the problem immediately and solve the issue. I would highly recommend JT Plumbing 10/10.

Our HOA had the plumber come out for a water leak we had in our condo. The plumber was very nice. I have been waiting for 5 days for the plumber's report and photos for my records and I need to pass it on to the insurance. The lady in the office has an excuse every time I call to request the information. I still have not received anything from them and don't know what to do.

The outdoor plumbing sprung a leak and JT Plumbing fixed it by abandoning the old pipes and rerouting to the house. What they didn't say is they were cutting off the water supply to the rest of the property (barn, greenhouse, garden). It was not discovered right away because I was out of town. Already over $3000.00 into the project they refused to take any responsibility but said they would send someone out. I waited over 8 hours and told them to forget it that day because it was dark. Came the next day and said they would charge time and material to find the problem plus a new quote for the project. Well, the appointment was scheduled to begin work and they didn't show up AGAIN. These people are not worthy of your business! I hired Castroville Plumbing and they did a great job.

After using 3 different plumber company's, I finally called JT Plumbing. Unbelievable the difference. I really don't normally like to do the review thing . usually I would tell them I would but after a while it becomes the same old thing the toilet is still clogged and I am back to square one. It works for a week then I pay someone else. Not once did they remove the toilet until now.. I took lots of pictures of the findings. Rafael was amazing, really very knowledgeable. and very surprised the other companies did not want to remove the toilet. They will be the only company I call from now on.

It was my first experience with jt plumbing; I found it after searching on Google and saw good reviews from previous satisfied customers. We had serous hot water leaks due to old plumbing; Rafael, the technician who was dispatched to my house, was very helpful and conscientious and did a very thorough job fixing everything in record time. The bill was very reasonable, and we were so pleased with his work. Thank you Rafael!!!

This was my first and last experience with JT’s Plumbing. My initial call was to replace a bathroom shower faucet. A friendly plumber showed up and said he could order a replacement. The receptionist was supposed to call me when the part arrived. Crickets…I was ghosted for two weeks. I called back and the receptionist again reassured me she could get the part. I made an appointment and as you might predict, they were a no show. No phone call, no text, NOTHING. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional operation. I thought I’d give these guys a chance but they failed repeatedly. I’m done!

I was in the Property Management business for 50 years and dealt with plenty of plumbers. Jt Plumbing has given me great response. Great quality and a great price. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They did a great job repairing my furnace and they’ve done great repairs on my rental properties.

Five star service they came the same day in the morning finished by 2 pm same day

Other plumbing companys told me one day out/ one week out and if I wanted them to come today, I have to pay the overtime fee, which was double up price.

Again, happy with their services came same day and have fair prices

I reached out to GP Piping, after receiving a quote from another company that was 3x too high. I didn't mention this to GP, they bid the work accurately and did not try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary parts and upgrades. Caleb bid it straight. Zephyr and Mario were on time, professional and easy to chat w. They were done w the work as estimated! Stoked they came in and took care of the small job with a smile.

Having been without a sink for 2 weeks during a kitchen remodel here in Soquel, I was super happy that GP Piping could connect the sink and install the faucet and garbage disposal the next day after countertop installation. Caleb and Mario were super courteous and did a thorough job, including sealing the sink/countertop interface and pressure testing the drain and replacing the valves. I plan to use them again when I do my master bath remodel next year, which will be a much bigger job than this that will involve moving a shower- I trust them to do that job right now that I've seen them work..

GP Piping staff installed our tankless water heater. We are happy with the job they did for us. GP Piping team was honest and responsible. They worked with our schedule and efficiently completed the job on time as expected. They also took care of getting the city permit. Great job!!
