First service went well, I am still waiting to have an aeration scheduled.

For my first service, Christopher explained everything he was going to be doing. And what's going to be happening in the future. He was very nice

Kevin has been servicing my lawn care - he is easy to talk to and knows his stuff.

Multiple issues with the lawn since service started. There are different kinds of grass growing and bare patches. Unable to speak with a manager. I have been voicing my concerns since September 2021. BBB is next!

The service was quick ...yet Rep. took the time to explain exactly what I should expect.. and safety practices after visit..I am satisfied with 1st time service I received

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible service, ZERO ability to contact directly and the DO NOT respond to complaints. At this point I don’t want them back on my property period. The only thing my yard grew after they touched it was MORE WEEDS. Save your money.

Why did i get 2 different treatments only 1 was scheduleed the trees and shub mandid not leave me,a paper

The service folks that come out are knowledgeable when it comes to recognizing issues with lawn or shrubs. When I have questions they research for solutions. Also are prompt with service dates and will come back quickly if I see a problem has not been resolved.

Representative Eric is knowledgeable about the weeds and grass. He helps me to understand what True Greens efforts will do to help my lawn.

I was initially rude to the employee as I have had some rough days since my wife passed. He understood and was compassionate

We had a lawn aeration service scheduled for between 11AM and 1PM for very specific reasons, one because my husband had a medical procedure the previous day. The service guy showed up using the loud equipment before 7:30 AM. waking us up and disturbing any neighbors who were not up yet. He then started to leave after just doing the front yard when we had contracted for both front and back. This does not leave a positive impression of this company. I will be looking for a different aerating service in the future.

Hope things are going well and gardener is doing what you have asked for, pruning trees and clearing moss and mowing highs! Am not well so having some problems checking on him! Thanks Kathryn!

The gentleman (I'm afraid I forgot his name) was so nice. Explained what he was doing, checked to make sure I understood and couldn't have been more pleasant.

Katie is very professional in her approach towards my lawn care. Her Customer Service skills are very appropriate and very welcomed.

Here's the deal, if you really want your lawn to look good find a local landscaper, they will do a much better job and are a lot more pleasant to deal with. trugreen is absolutely horrible. I have had them for over a month and they have done nothing. They claim they did a lawn treatment but I checked the lawn after they supposedly sprayed it, there was no moisture at all, and 2 weeks later not a thing has changed, not a brown weed in sight and my lawn is mostly weeds. Dealing with the office people and customer service is horrible and a waste of time, they put you on a pretend hold and then tell you they will have someone get back to you, which never happens, basically try to appease you. They took my money real fast, well over $800, but haven't done anything to earn it. So like I said, find someone local, you'll be helping yourself as well as your community.

After speaking with a representative that handles repairs, they were very professional and apologetic about the accident, they sent a representative by the following business day, evaluate and took pictures, and took care of the problem, I really appreciated their attitude, and how genuine sorry they were, and how genuinely it was received. We signed up and paid for 1 year of treatment upfront. They kept coming for extra treatment without our approval and is now making us pay for the extra treatment. Horrible customer service, unable to get any resolution over the phone.

I have had excellent service and would never know they were there except for the beauty of the lawn.

Talked with Steven Arceneaux and he told me what service he provided today. It was nice talking with Steven. He applied Revive Granular fertilizer to my lawn and was kind enough to tell me what actions to take following the treatment. I appreciate that.

I've been using TruGreen for over 10 years. For grass and then trees and shrubs. Also for aeration services. I've never had a problem, ever. They were very quick and helpful with many concerns I've had over the years. There is a very knowledgeable crew who can answer any question about your yard.
