I had a few problems when I started a one year service. The manager Lance was kind enough to do a "re-do" after the service ended since I had missed out on various treatments for what I paid for. He was very accessible and helpful in getting my lawn back in good shape. I do have to say the Michael Callahan, my service tech toward the end was FANTASTIC. He took his time, was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of fixing past problems. I highly recommend him and don't believe I've ever seen a more thorough, dedicated employee. Thank you so much again Michael for all you did!!!

Daniel aerated and top seeded the grass. He answered all my follow-up questions with confidence and knowledge. I highly recommend True Green for your aerating needs.

I used this service to seed my grass last year before selling our house. Then a year later after my house was sold I get an email and credit card charge from them the same day for a service I never asked for. Since I get an email from them after the fact I couldn't even tell them to cancel it. I called them the same day that I got the email and they told me don't worry you won't be charged for it, then I was. Each new person I talk with has a different story so just hard to trust anyone in this company.

Not at all worth the subscription. You can do it yourself with little time or Your local lawn mover would take care of it better. They just focus on number of visits but not the quality. They spend less than 5-7 minutes on every visit. My lawn didn't show any improvement even after 6 months of their service. Its even worse with crab grass growing all over. Don't go for it.

My lawn is beautiful. One star is for the tech that came to my home today. He was asked to treat a specific weed. He said "if I don't see it I don't treat it" he refused and left. The specific weed we wanted treated was there.

Christopher came on time, rang our doorbell (we were not home). Made sure gate was closed as we requested. Fertilized both lawns. Gave recommendations for spraying for weeds on next treatment. Seemed very thorough. Hope he is the one who will come next time

TruGreen does a great job. They perform a service that needs to be done on a regular basis. When left to my own devices it's easy to forget and skip a treatment. A well fertilized lawn is a healthy lawn and one that needs less water. My lawn is so green. I have a professional well skilled gardener as well, but I found that offloading the fertilizing and mosquito treatment to TruGreen has served me and my yard better. I get constant compliments from the neighbors on what a great yard I have and who does it etc...

Jerry was very polite, explained the grub killer procedure well and was very polite but firm about staying off the grass for at least 4 hours!! Couldn’t have been nicer!

Katie was terrific. She took the time to listen to my issues and explain the process. I really appreciate her upbeat can do attitude. She was very customer centric which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Katie!

I communicated with him in person. He was very nice and replied to my message. He was helpful and made sure gates were closed for my dog. Very nice person

Not impressed! We had some yellow spots on our lawn and signed a service contact. We expected an analysis but the man who came out just sprinkled on fertilizer and left. Said we should start seeing results in a week. A week went by and it looked worse. I called an was told to wait two more weeks. I waited and now it looks MUCH WORSE!

The service this time was 200 percent better than the first service you provided a couple of months ago. This time, Kevin detailed what he is as well as his evaluation of the current state of the lawn and left on my front door s detailed summary that I could read snd understand. The overall quality of this visit was day and night better than the first visit which left me pondering why I signed up for the service from your company.

The internal operations of this company are disaster. When I get the people out to my property they're great. The salesperson was pretty much on the money. The scheduling, the dispatch, and everything else was a freaking disaster. Once you can get them out there. The service is a bargain. But it was painful.

This time the company sent a person in a TruGreen truck unlike the first time . Please continue to send service personnel in the same way wearing professional uniform and driving in the True Green company truck. It gives me confidence to know I’m receiving professional service. The service I received was very good. Thank you

I appreciate the technicians diligence. He went slow, and deliberately, through the application if the products. In the past, technicians were here 5 minutes and us find product all over the patio abd sidewalk. I appreciated the time he took to ensure completion and taking good care of my property.

Aaron is polite and efficient. He asked me how I thought things looked and I mentioned areas I thought were still a problem. He did his work then provided a detailed printout of the service and products applied.

TRUGREEN Does an excellent job. My front lawn has never looked better. It’s green and lush with no weeds. Back yard looks great, with my shrubs and trees blooming and healthy.
