Chris is the man!!! We've been using him for five years now and couldn't be happier! We have an Eichler house that's full windows and they are spotless after him and the gang pop over. Right as summer starts we can't wait to have our windows cleaned.

diamond window cleaning is always on time snd v thorough. they go above and beyond and are v attentive to details. i have then now booked for 2x a year and as needed with the weather. they also clean gutters which is so nice to be able to partner the two services. i would highly recommend.

Our property is filled with alot of trees and redwoods + old wonky gutters. I appreciate working with Chris and his team (Billy James is also great), they do a great job cleaning our windows in and out and keep our gutters in good shape for the rainy season. My plan was to surprise my husband with a Christmas lighting installation on our Rio Vista home. I was lucky in that another business (who did not cover the Rio Vista area) referred me to Chris at Diamond Window Cleaning. I contacted Chris and was able to set up an appointment for lighting installation AND window cleaning. James and Chris arrived on the scheduled day and knocked out both tasks before noon. Both services turned out even better than I could have imagined. James cleaned the windows inside and outside, the screens and the tracks - the backyard views are so much better now! Chris installed warm white lighting around the roof line, and our house now glows in the background fog. Best part, my husband was surprised and delighted to come home from work and see the results. Chris & James - you filled our holiday with joy! Cannot thank you enough for being willing to come out to Rio Vista.

Very poor job. Not only did they not clean everything that was agreed upon, but they refused to honor their pricing. Would not recommend.

Response to owners: Interesting that you chose to respond to this poor review when you did not return any of my phone calls. Also, is this how you keep your reviews high? By posting inaccurate ad hominem attacks on your customers and bullying them into removal?

Oralia and Dolores provided a Deep Clean service for us yesterday 09/24/2020. Because of COVID-19, both my wife and I woke full-time remotely, while also playing the role of kindergarten and preschool teachers. Oralia and Dolores both did an amazing job. They were professional, responsive, and hard workers. My wife and I decided to use Service Joy MAIDS on a monthly basis. Thank you guys so much!!!

We just got the 54-Point spring cleaning today and we are really happy. Two ladies came on time and scrubbed top to bottom. We are very pleased with house cleaning service. I will recommend this company to my neighbours and friends.

Elizabeth and Maria arrived promptly, carrying all the equipment and products needed for a deep clean of my home. Because we use this home for weekends, my husband was sure he could keep up with it, but let me say right now that wasn’t how it happened.
There was dust on every flat surface, dust bunnies hiding under beds, showers that had soap scum, sinks that had only been rinsed, windows that were spotted, and on and on.
When Elizabeth and Maria left 3 1/2 hours later, after steadily working, every surface was clean and polished, bathrooms were spotless, floors, kitchen and windows were shiny and hubby was off the hook!
If competence, promptness, and efficiency is what you want at a very fair price point, you won’t be disappointed in Service Joy!

I have been using Service Joy MAIDS
for more than 2 years now. Over these past four years I have never had anything to complain about.

The cleaning is perfect and the price is very good! We also have a cat - no problem with that, the cleaning lady is now best friends with the cat :-)

I decided to give them my business because they have so great reviews... BAD idea. They did a very bad job, leaving many places without cleaning. I expressed my dissatisfaction to their manager, along with pictures to prove it. They not only charged us the maximum amount quoted (I was at least expecting a discount for the bad job they had done and the time they made me lose). They even wanted me to pay extra to send another maid again to finish cleaning what they should have done the first time! Now it's been 10 days... my CC was charged and they haven't send me the official invoice I asked for several times. I'm happy for the people that had good experiences with them... but I won't risk it ... PLEASE USE ANOTHER SERVICE!!! They are VERY BAD! This bad job was done in Roseville, CA
