Very helpful staff and chill environment with the widest variety of options for your backyard, frontyard or indoor planting, garden decorations, pots, seeds, fruit trees etc. Prices are comparable to big appliance stores, sometimes cheaper sometimes more expensive but feels much more warmer to us hence it is where we prefer to go..

A nice variety of outdoor planters is so hard to find these days. Sloat had so many to choose from, & prices are generally reasonable. I'm happy!

Lot of seeds when other stores have none. January rain is good for broccoli and lettuce and kale. They have heirloom seeds. Totally healthy and you may save seeds and plant next year.

Great plant nursery good selection of plants both indoor and garden. They have all the basic tools and gardening products. A very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Easily accessible with abundant parking, the Sloat Garden Centre is a one stop shop for all gardening needs. Some items are a bit pricey, but again, their inventory (and information) do save a lot of time.

The staff here will do their best to help answer questions and if they don’t know, they will refer you to another staff member that may be more knowledgable. Plus, the plant selection is absolutely lovely.

Good selection of high quality plants, but correspondingly more expensive than run of the mill places like Home Depot, etc. They also have a good selection of seeds if you're into that; a lot of varieties you may never have even heard of.

Went all over looking for a huge ceramic flower pot. Should of come here first. Better selection and actually cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes. Plus the sales person even helped us load it
