I called this place for appliance repair. They did not ask me the brand of my appliance. When I brought in my Appliance to get repaired they told me that they could not repair it because they don't work on my brand of appliance. I wasted a few hours of work to get this done when I could have avoided all of this if they had just asked me the brand over the phone. Waste of my valuable time.

Well my dryer stopped working ,so I called them to see if the could come to look at it. The girl couldn't give me an answer, so she took my number and would call me back. Its gonna be wednesday and I'm still waiting for a call back, 3 days.
