I’m not one to typically write reviews but after having LTBL do several of our projects over the past few months, I’m confident that they’ve earned all five of these stars. The first time we reached out, we had an appointment scheduled for the next day and guess what.. THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP 10 MINUTES EARLY! I’m not sure how many contractors I’ve worked with over the years but I can tell you that NEVER happens. Bryan had our sauna wired up with its own breaker in no time. Our latest project was under cabinet lighting, it came out beautiful and was that special touch we didn’t even know we needed. Anyway, can’t recommend this company enough.

We called last week regarding a couple of electrical issues at our home. Jan promptly answered the phone, listened carefully, fully explained charges, and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Jared and AJ called at 6:50am to say they were on the way and they arrived at 7am as planned. We are not electricians, so we appreciated the patient manner in which they explained our options and what needed to be done. They did not rush or pressure us to make a decision, just provided pertinent information. They were able to complete the job today, and were professional at all times. We hope we do not need their services again, but we will call them if we do.

Best Electric was able to solve my problem in minutes. They explained everything clearly and took care of the problem. The service person was friendly, and I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of an electrician. They should have been the first company I called, but they will be the first company I call from now on. I am delighted with their service.

This place had a good reputation. But. Took two days to even get a call back. Appointment was scheduled and the quarter no-show no called. When I complained, he showed up at my door an hour late acting as if nothing had happened. No apology for my wasted time. if he is not good enough at math to recognize what time he has appointments I don’t think he’s going to do a very good job quoting the electric job. Best electric has a good reputation. Too bad for this bad apple.

They were able to send a technician out the same day that I called. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job of removing all the wiring and extra lights that were part of the problem.
I appreciate the friendly and prompt service.
