Arrived same day, came on time, took less then 15 min. to get answers. Polite to a fault. Will definitely call again if needed.

I put $138.00 down and tried to complete the sale yet they are NEVER OPEN yet the sign says open and they NEVER answer the phone. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one.

I only know them as a wonderful business that helps this Ministry I volunteer at Love Inc. They help us with mattresses, refrigerators, etc. Great customer service. Five stars in our book ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They gave me an honest assessment on my washing machine's condition and provided useful information on a replacement. Only $55 for a service call, which is far less than other shops, and faster response.

Got a good quote from them for entire bed set (mattress, box spring, frame & delivery and set-up). Will go by tomorrow and see how it goes. Very hopeful!

Had an urgent problem - came home from a holiday with our 3 month old baby in 99 degree summer heat to find our fridge/freezer broken and our food all rotten.
I called Pro Appliances, no appointments for a week! I called Sanchez and they had our fridge fixed within two hours for $110. Life savers!
Update: the repair didn't last 24 hours sadly. Which is fine, though I wouldn't have minded a refund for the $35 part. -
This company was a joke!! They charged 300% make up on a part. They ordered the wrong part then said when they reordered it would be 4 to 6 weeks !! Then what really topped it Tony took my dryer apart and didn't put it back together. He assumed I was calling him back well that didn't happen. So with all that don't use them.

If your looking for quality furniture at a great price go to Sanchez appliances. I bought a California king pillow top mattress in 2008 and it's still in tip top shape till this day and I have little ones that jump on this bed daily. They also have really nice durable furniture.

I knew what was wrong with my washer....the door sensor. I never got a call as told so I called. When i dod, i asked if any of the fee paid would be applied to the repair cost, and was told "no". I had to pay $40.00 for a "diagnosis" even though I already told them what was wrong. Then, the labor cost and parts would be added. I had already dropped it off and didn't have the time to go back and get it so I sucked it up. But I will never use them again.

Amazing Service!! We we were having problems with our clothes not getting dry enough and called Sanchez Appliance. When the tech came out he instantly saw the vent line was too long and could not vent properly. Instead of charging us a fortune on parts, he was honest and helpful. He told us to run it with the vent disconnected and it would dry. He was right. I am now rerouting my vent line. Thank you!!

Called yesterday; squeezed time in their busy schedule to diagnose my broken refrigerator/freezer the following day. Arrived within the 2 hour window provided and was upfront and honest with repair options...Great company to turn to for friendly, honest repairs. Absolutely recommend!!!

He was not only 2 hours late, when he finished the job I had no electricity to my house other than the oven. He did so thing with the breaker box and I had to call someone to fix it. Then when I looked at the bill I had to pay 2 weeks prior to service I was also bing charged tax on the $90 service call. I have tried to contact them but no one answers the phone without a code.
I would never recommend this service to anyone -
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!, called him in to fix my washing machine and he charged $140 for the 20 minute"fix", that same night the machine stopped working. Called him again the next day and he charged me $75 for another "fix", that didn't even last 15 minutes.. and once again the machine stopped working that night. Called him a 3rd time and he installed a part stating it's what the machine needed to be working for good and charged me $85 for installing it, I paid him taking his word that it will work finally. Turns out that night the machine didn't even spin. This guy is a WASTE of TIME and MONEY!! I know forsure I won't be the last person he scams. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY!!!!! These people charged $55 to look at the washer that had an issue and then explained the issue and charged an ADDITIONAL $200 to “fix” that issue. Spent 20 minutes “fixing” the issue and the other 40 minutes giving “life advice”. Turns out my washer still didn’t work and once we called to ask them to come back to fix it because we paid a lot of money to get it fixed they refused to fix it without an additional payment. EVEN THOUGH THEIR EMPLOYEE “FIXED” THE WRONG THING. Not to mention the first time when we paid $55 they had said they were going to schedule an appointment and didn’t, they lied about the time and day they were going to come. Then, they showed up at the wrong time. Then when they came to visit to “fix” our machine and informed us that we need to pay more money because something else is wrong with it. It is not my fault that they misdiagnosed the issue. Do not come here if you are a minority or if you are a college student, they just want your money and don’t care about treating their customers with respect or giving the proper customer service. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

You guys have great products at a great price. But your sign says your open and your not doors are locked. Even on Google it says your open at 6am. If that is the case why are your doors locked still. I would give you 5 stars if you are open when you say your open.

Señor Antonio fixed my parents refrigerator that had stopped working. He went out to there house in Livingston and checked it out. And was fast at figuring out the issue. Told us there was a chance to fix it. Unless otherwise we replace it. So we went ahead with him to fix it. And that he did right away. My parents and I couldn't be happier. He was honest and fixed there fridge right. It's been working like new since. I recommend his services. Him and his wife Laura are awesome people.

They have great service, they'll do their best to help you out with finding what you want to get. I buy most of my mattress and other furniture from their store. And they are very genuinely nice family. It's a family owned business store so it's great knowing them! I can guarantee you can find great and high quality services and also many other things to buy in a good price, depending on what you're getting of course.

I purchased a refrigerator in Oct 2024, and we are already having issues. The fridge leaks and the freezer is building up with a lot of ice. We are just outside of our warranty of three months - when I reached out for help with repairs the owner was very rude saying I was harassing him for asking for assistance. I wish I had read more reviews prior to purchasing - buyer beware.

Very friendly service Laura and her husband are doing a great job and they sales some amazing Santa Maria Grills there...

I went in searching for a functional electric dryer as ours has been out of commission for several months and I had the opportunity to acquire the new one (if it could be found anywhere). That said, when we arrived at the shop we initially could not locate the entrance (rather the actual entrance was locked during business hours) and we're directed to walk through the shop's upkeep and maintenance area (probably not the very safest thing mind you). After several minutes of aimlessly wandering around trying to figure out what exactly we were looking at the woman who was working finally came to ask us about what we were doing there and what we needed (not to assist with whatever we were looking for, but to remind us it was nearly closing time and had we found something to purchase)... We needed an electric dryer but they didn't have one anymore. They just sold it apparently and she said she didn't have any idea if they would have another soon.
Oh but if we wanted to buy an entire set of them ... -A stacking unit that has a washer and dryer then she could sell it to us for 750.... A used one that basically was not even functional nor ready until several days and meant us paying for a washer we didn't need too.
I'm not frequently one for posting stuff that isn't positive but this experience was super disappointing and was not only completely lacking in a solution it bordered upon being cheated or swindled in my opinion... It's hard for me to think that an appliance store wouldn't have the ability to get an electric dryer or have an electric dryer and would only have a combo unit on offer for way more than a used unit should even be. They don't have a warranty, there's no guarantee or return policy that I know of and it's just really bad business in my opinion. I was disappointed and I won't be going back there for anything. The whole thing just seemed really half-hearted and unprofessional and left me feeling as if I was being conned into spending a bunch of money instead of offered to help that I went in there looking for.
At this point I would take a stranger's offer on craigslist before going back in there or trusting their word on things.
Oh yeah as a final thought, they did have a gas dryer. Like I said I needed an electric and not a gas, but when we opened up the gas dryer there was packet of American cheese inside of it. Lord knows why, or how it had not been found but yeah a couple of slices in a baggie of hot melting nasty looking American cheese. Interesting right? -
Always very nice. Suggest they should list there inventory with photos and descriptions which would help the customer and their business. Also hours of operation would be very helpful, I have been there multiple times and there flashing sign says open but doors are ALWAYS locked ( perhaps for security reasons) they are on a very seedy side of the city.
