Super happy with my choice to work with Bella Construction to rebuild a huge veranda that had been starting to show serious rot and wear due to being improperly repaired 10 years ago. Patrick was super responsive, knowledgeable, and communicative. He knows his business, is well connected, and provided great guidance and insight throughout the project. He handled every detail: written estimates, change orders, porta-potty, debris removal, job cleanup, daily checkins, oversight of workers, and more. Additional work required was discussed right away and then Patrick provided a detailed breakdown of materials and work needed in change orders. His team was on time, professional, experienced, friendly, and willing to sweat (literally) the details. The end result is beautiful and the whole re-construction experience was great — so very different than other contractors we've worked with who rarely invoice or provide written estimates and frequently prefer cash. Highly recommended.

I had a balcony that leaked water into the garage during the winter storms. After reading reviews on Bella Construction, I decided with go with them since they seemed to have lots of experience waterproofing balconies.
I am glad I used Bella. Looking at how they fixed my balcony (including removing 2 french doors to put flashing and all the waterproofing layers they put on it), I am confident my balcony is now waterproofed! In addition, I also had Bella remodeled my master bathroom and a half bath, painted all my metallic window trims and door, and installed LED lights. The work quality was great and everything was completed in 3 weeks.
Patrick from Bella was very professional and responsive. He scheduled work very efficiently and had multiple teams come in to work on different parts of the house every day. He always keeps me informed of when the crew will come and what they will work on each day.
I am very satisfied with Bella Construction and I highly recommend them!

This company, represented by Masood Sattari wants to hire a Marketing Manager for $250 a month. Makes me wonder the quality of their construction if they are doing some questionable business practices.

We were wanting to do a comprehensive remodel on a 5 BR/ 2 1/2 Bath two story home in Mountain View that hadn't really undergone any changes, major upgrades or serious maintenance for nearly 40 years as my parent's primary home. After interviewing and receiving quotes from a 1/2 dozen general contractors, we were somewhat disillusioned at the costs for such an effort. However, after discussing our hopes and desires for the property with Dat, we were extremely pleased with his quote.

Prior to doing any work, he was both very patient and thorough in explaining what we could expect and where some of the challenges existed. He exhibited that kind of candor and honesty throughout the whole process. Dat and his team worked quickly and efficiently, as we were up against a bit of a deadline to have the work completed. Whenever something unexpected surfaced or something that we, as the owners, overlooked in the scope of work, Dat was always helpful with his suggestions and fair with any change orders. Or if it was minor enough, Dat was quick to tell us that his team could do it for no additional charge!

We found SVCD's team very friendly and professional as well. Whenever we had questions or concerns too, Dat always took the time to explain to us what was occurring and what our options were. His responses to voice, text and emails were always timely and if there was something we needed to discuss further, he always made himself available. With some general contractors, we've found that they're not always that willing to explain to us what's going on, but with Dat, he was always more than happy to educate us on anything from the electrical upgrades to new building codes, to what the pro's and cons were of selecting different tiling and flooring materials.

Needless to say, my parents couldn't believe their eyes when they saw how well the house remodel turned out! They were simply "blown away" by the quality of SVCD's work and Dat's attention to detail, while still remaining within our projected budget. One thing that Dat always emphasized to us, from the beginning of the initial demo work all the way until the final walk through, was that he "wanted us as customers to be truly happy with the end result"! Even now, after the whole project is done, he let us know that if there's anything else we need, not to hesitate to reach out to him. That's the mark of exemplary service and a credit to Dat Nguyen and his SVCD team members! Therefore, I sincerely recommend them without reservation for your construction & development needs!

We had just bought our first fixer upper house in San Jose in October 2020, and was recommended to contact SVCD for our bathroom remodels. Dat was extremely nice and knowledgeable about construction work and had a few suggestions to elevate the value of our house for the long run. So we booked him and his crew to work on our bathrooms. We were extremely happy with his work and everyone in his crew was professional! Dat was very accommodating and was present everyday to make sure everything was in line. What I liked most was that if we had any questions at all, Dat was literally a phone call or text message away and made sure he was available - as he understands that buying a house and contracting work can be daunting. He kindly answered every question and was assertive with his answered. We decided on designing the bathrooms ourselves and he executed beautifully from framing, plumbing, electrical, tiling to assembly. A true one stop shop!

We were so happy with his work that we went ahead and booked him to fix our foundation per his suggestion. This was the best decision we could have done since our house is over 100 years old and has been settled. Now we have a piece of mind while living in our home. Thanks SVCD! We would recommend Dat and his guys to anyone.

We hired Dat and team to do various remodels around the house such as skylight install and HVAC/electrical work and did an amazing job! Dat did a remodel of our Sunnyvale house many years ago and did an excellent job. And when we needed a remodel of our house in San Jose, we hired his team again.

Dat is very upfront about the charges and what you pay at the end will be same as what is quoted at the beginning. He visits the construction site regularly to make sure that work completes on schedule. We used his services on kitchen, bathroom remodeling, plumbing, electrical and hardwood flooring. Everything got completed to our fullest satisfaction and we recommend him 100%.

I did a complete remodel and extension with SVCD. Hearing other people's horror experience working with a contractor, I was skeptical from start and had done my due diligence in terms of planning and cost analysis. Working with any project there are challenge but how the contractor works with their clients makes the biggest difference. I had the most amazing experience working with a Dat Nguyen and his crew. They were most fun people to work with. Any time something didn't happen based on expectation, they went above and beyond to take care of it. The most amazing experience I had whenever we had a change request, I was charged reasonably instead of being gouged since the project is in flight and there is very little one can do. Last but not least their pricing was most reasonable based on the bids I had received.

Many of my friends who came over after the remodel, they had the most amazing things about the quality of work and some of them ended up using Dat N for their remodel. I strongly recommend SVCD for any project of yours if you want competitive pricing, quality and timeliness.

I paid for custom blinds supposed to be ready in 3 weeks and it's been 6 weeks, I had to call 3 different numbers several times to get a status and had to call directly the installer to get an appointment, Home Depot gets the money and then you are on your own. Go to a different blind supplier that provides E2E service.

I reserved a rental tiller ahead of time. On the day of pickup, they said it is not available. Ridiculous.
