I used KZ kitchens for my kitchen remodeling work. Erin the sales rep did an amazing job with helping with the design, cabinet selection, accessories etc. I went with a contractor recommended by KZ, Nick and Ivan was very helpful and offered support through out the project. They also picked up additional work (as they had bandwidth) at reasonable cost. Only issue I faced is the language barrier with the contractor worker but Google translation helped 😊 overall the project got completed in 2 weeks.

I had issue with the trash can installation, but
Erin took care of it even after the project got closed. I highly recommend KZ kitchens to my family and friends.

It was a very negative experience working with KZ renovating several rooms of our home. We learned KZ doesn't directly install anything; their business model is buying huge one-time-only lots of Chinese made renovation materials (tile, flooring, etc.) and vast quantities of cheap Chinese fixtures, cabinets then selling all that through their showrooms and then selling the installation contract to a mixed bag of mostly Chinese-owned local renovation contract companies. A big problem is KZ quotes the install job to you a such low assumed labor cost that the subcontractor they sell the job to gets squeezed and can only make a tiny profit by doing really fast, sloppy install work renovating your home - and by subcontractors hiring low-cost, inexperienced workers who do sloppy work. We are talking leaky pipes, cabinets installed crooked, bathroom tiles that don't line up correctly, Chinese-made fixtures that fall apart and you cannot buy replacement parts for etc. After the job in our home was only 75% done, the work was so shoddy we realized it was smarter to pay them in full at that point and kick them out of our home so we could sooner begin the long, expensive process of our finding and hiring a reputable contractor (not associated with KZ) to come in and fix all the screwed up installation work. On the positive side, some of KZ's subcontractors end up agreeing to KZ labor rate quotes that can be HALF that charged by most South Bay home renovation contractors. So if you bought a run-down Bay Area home and you want to surface-renovate it and flip it without ever personally living in it (and you lack a moral conscience ) you might consider using the low cost KZ Chinese-made materials / appliances / fixtures and go with their low-labor cost subcontractor to install it all knowing it will probably look ok to prospective home buyers on a quick walk-thru. Another plus is speed, KZ materials are usually in-stock, and KZ fast sloppy subcontractors can start quickly and then do a job in 4 wks that would take a more typical Bay Area contractor say 3 months to do

We had an excellent experience with KZ Kitchen in Milpitas. This was our go-to place during our kitchen and bathroom renovation. The standout feature was the exceptional service. We worked with Erin, and it felt like once I explained what I was looking for, she took care of everything with a big smile. Her vast knowledge and experience were invaluable, and she was always proactive in offering suggestions when we were uncertain about our choices. She even called our contractor on the spot to resolve any issues. If you’re looking to update your kitchen or bathroom, this is the place to go—you can't go wrong!

Everything was fine until we found there was a communication issue with the sales that we needed to change the color of a few cabinet doors. The sales refused to provide any help but basically asked us to go to different departments (customer service, storehouse) to deal with the issue by ourselves. After trips and calls back and force, we were told that we also needed to pay double the price to get the color change.

The whole customer service is disappointing! Just kicking the customers like a ball between different departments. The internal management of the company is just a mess. Never do business with them!

I went today based on a recommendation, the sales/designer didn’t ask more the 3 questions. We told him we had a stove with a microwave over the top, he inputs a hood with a cooking top. My jaw dropped at the price since I wasn’t aware of the increases as of late. He told me an outrageous price for installation, in which I asked for an explanation, he wouldn’t tell me just said that’s the price. I then asked if there are things we can change for a cheaper price he wouldn’t tell me anything. Bad sales/customer service, in which I am in the same field so I would know how to treat a customer in which he did not. Bad experience.

Very pleasant shopping experience! Justin is our sales rep. He is super helpful and very good at communicating with us our needs. Show room is large and offers a decent amount of products with detailed information. Most things are in stock and it was very convenient that our contractor basically can come pick up right after we placed our order. Overall highly recommend!

Bought flooring from here, very poor quality. We bought water proof and stain resistant flooring for kitchen and after installation came to know that it is stain sensitive instead.

Brian is great and patient. He helps us select the materials, design the bathroom and always willing to help anytime i have questions. Thanks Brian.

One is better then the other! What a hidden jam we’ve found and finally purchased the backsplash we were looking for for a long time.
Although purchased in Hayward had to pick it up at Milpitas location was pleasantly surprised of even bigger selection of kitchen and bath related products.
Highly recommend to give it a shot.
You will not regret.

Great showroom! Huge selection on display which really helps narrow down things you may like. The quote we received was on the higher end and labor was ridiculous. It was also very hard to get any help in the store. We walked the store for 20 minutes and ask for help but were told to make an appointment. I had to email them in order to discuss anything.

We had a fantastic experience with KZ Cabinet and Stone! We ordered our kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, and flooring from them, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the materials is excellent — everything looks beautiful and feels very durable.

The entire process was incredibly smooth. A huge shoutout to our designer, Brian Shi, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Brian is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He listened carefully to our needs and provided thoughtful suggestions, making the design process so much easier.

We picked KZ for our materials for our remodel due to their great selection and prices. Compared to other places we visited, KZ had the best pricing/quality/value. Erin was very helpful to go through this process. She was very helpful with her suggestions and ideas for our remodel plan. She is very patient and willing to answer any questions we had. Great collection, helpful staff, and the place is well organized. Prices are displayed on the tiles, Staff help you look at the stock in the wearhouse and give you multiple invoices so you can think over.
