Patrick and his team did great work on our storm repair and remodel. All the materials were on hand at project start, potential problems were creatively solved to quickly complete the project.

Excellent work replacing siding on our house. The crew did a very good job. Very clean workspace and very friendly. But please make sure you know exactly how you will be billed. Even though our contract said extra work would be done on a T&M basis, the owner insisted on billing on a “per piece” basis extrapolated from the original price and number of pieces to be replaced (even though that was not stated in the contract). This resulted a a higher cost than had been anticipated, and higher than what the additional T&M rate would have been. Make sure you know exactly how billing will be calculated or you could be in for an unwelcome surprise.

I am very happy with Bella Construction! They remodeled my entire home with new flooring, countertops, paint, lighting. I feel like I am living in a brand new home. Their contractors were so polite and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company if you need any kind of work done on your home.

Patrick's team was great! Very transparent and over communicating during the project. His team gave great attention and detail to the waterproofing balcony project in addition to cleaning up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend their services on your next construction project.

My wife and I had plan to remodel our master bathroom for long time , we spoke to many contractors some of them they were not that responsive or not competitive to do the job. We scheduled our first appointment with Bella construction. After we spoke to Patrick we felt very comfortable with him and his approach how to plan the whole remodeling job , of course we start it with our master bathroom but we end up moving some walls and redo the laundry area and the whole house wood flooring , it was not easy job , Bella construction crew were very professional and knowledgeable, they had special crew for electric work or tile work. The job took some time, my wife and I took a week off after we come back , we saw enormous progress. Final product is absolutely stunning, I am very happy that we choose Bella construction, I am recommending it to all my friend and family.

Bella Construction did a great job on my kitchen. They listened to all of my wants and needs and were even willing to do all the custom work to achieve what I was looking for in my kitchen. It is now everything I wanted in a kitchen. These guys are amazing especially Patrick his response times were fast it wouldn't matter if I texted him in the morning or at night he was right on top of things. I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to remodel their home.

Bella Construction repaired a balcony and a hole in the roof where a tree fell on it. I used them because it was the lowest bid of three contractors and I was really happy with the results. His crew, including framers, roofers, tile work, drywall and painter all did an outstanding job. In the past I have had issues with contractors disappearing in the middle of a job for a few weeks. Our project got done without interruption all the way through. Patrick was at my house everyday to oversee the work, and guide me in some of the decisions. As always happens, there was some extra work that needed to be done because like some prior hidden water damage that needed to be repaired, and the extra cost for these things was reasonable and fair. I’ll definitely use Bella Construction for my next project.

Complete bathroom remodel (and other sundry tasks). Patrick was attentive of the project and made sure to get our inputs throughout. We were kept informed of the work with clear communication of need-by from us. There were some bumps along the way as is to be expected. Estimated 3 weeks; was done in just a few days over (Not bad). Bella Construction worked on a dry rotted post at my house and their crew performed the work satisfactory. Patrick does a great job understanding the issues and manage his crew . They are taking care of some punch-list correction and are skilled in structural support system and framing. I recommend them for any corrective work and new architectural and structural modifications with high confidence.

We hired Bella Construction to do a bathroom remodel, electrical panel upgrade and a garage update. We liked that Patrick was open to input and he also helped provide suggestions for us to decide among different choices. We did have some delays on the project due to things not shipping on time but Patrick was very patient in accommodating the delays and adjusted his schedules to still meet the project deadlines. Given that we have an old house there were some expected hiccups as well which arose during the remodel which needed to be fixed. Patrick was very professional in addressing them and upfront in quoting the additional cost for them as well. In the end, Patrick and his team produced a great bathroom and garage for us that we enjoy every single day and there is no doubt in our mind that Patrick is the best contractor we've come across. Since then we've hired Patrick to do many other projects including painting of our entire house and as usual Patrick hires good people and the work gets done well and on time. His approach is very professional, his standards are high and he ensures that the work done meets those high standards (sometimes this requires rework). He also plans things very well and he's very direct in communication which we appreciated. We highly recommend Patrick and Bella Construction's services to every one!

Patrick has been helping us with our balcony repair. I found Patrick from previous yelp reviews of similar projects he has done. He convinced me to get the repair done without delay before we have more water damage on a structural beam. He and his crew opened up the balcony and revealed some surface rot that is already in the support beam due to water damage. I appreciate how he patched up the beam without making unnecessary replacement which would have made the project twice as big/expensive. The water proofing system has been looking great with metal lath and fiber lath and multiple layers. Meanwhile they have been great with cleaning up and painting the shingles and railings. I look forward to seeing a beautifully painted balcony later next week!

Update: Home Remodel Project 2025

We recently completed a full-house remodel with Bella Construction & Structural Inc., including relocating our kitchen, removing walls, raising ceilings, and refurbishing nearly every part of the home. From start to finish, Patrick and his team delivered solid work and managed the project responsibly.

Patrick was responsive and communicative throughout the process, which made a complex remodel easier to navigate. Like any major renovation, there were challenges along the way, but Patrick consistently addressed issues, followed through on what he said he would do, and made sure we were informed about decisions and next steps. He was honest about timelines and costs, and he stood by the commitments he made.

The crew coordinated well with inspectors and trades and finished key stages on schedule. Cleanup at the end of each day was appreciated, and it helped keep the project organized and safe.

Overall, we’re pleased with the outcome and would recommend Patrick for large and complicated remodeling work. He delivered what he promised without the unnecessary upsell or surprises that can happen on projects of this scale.

Original Project:

Bella Construction did some work for me in my backyard. There was a post supporting a roof beam that was obstructing our view. Patrick and team installed a new beam span and removed the post. They tied new posts into the existing home, and stucco'd the finish like it was always that way. Our view is completely unobstructed now, which has really enhanced our backyard.

Most importantly, I found Patrick to be responsive, honest and fairly priced. His crews showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The project didn't drag on and was done in just a couple of days. Patrick also had to work with the County to pull the permit, which required a significant amount of back and forth. He made it seamless for me as the homeowner. I'll definitely do another project with Bella.
