I love the fact that they have different types of bathroom and kitchen setups to give you different ideas of how to put things together for those of us who are visually challenged! Lots of flooring options from tile, wood, laminate, etc. Also, several cabinet options, lots of different handles/knobs to choose from to put on the cabinets, as well as countertops, different sinks and different faucets. The staff is helpful.

My only suggestion is to make an appointment if you want help setting designing or figuring out sizes and dimensions of what you need for remodeling.

Huge showroom with a very nice selection of materials with good prices. Friendly staff helped design my kitchen for free. Picked up materials next day. Will come again. Highly recommend this place.

Lili Liu was very helpful and professional. She took time to go over our needs and made very useful suggestions for our remodeling project. She was even forthcoming in pricing and offered unsolicited savings that we really appreciated. Milpitas branch is very well organized, as compared to the other location that we visited. Check this place out before finalizing your project.

Extremely poor customer service- feedback based on multiple poor experiences , also since tarriffs went up- their stuff is not great for the price, i could get it at any other store for this price

Used Emily at kz kitchen for all my ADU needs . 2 showers and there doors ,faucets, linear drains. All flooring. Kitchen cabinets granite, sink, all hardware for both kitchen and shower tp and towel holders. When there was a problem With a panel missing on kitchen cabinet. Emily took care of it with no issues .also she was very knowledgeable on l the products wich made the whole process nice and smooth. Will definetly use here again and the prices were good.

It’s good company with reasonable price .

I've done more shopping here lately than I usually do. I am a GC and a couple of my customers in a row selected flooring, cabinets, vanities and countertops from here. They have a good selection of prefabricated and raw slabs, as well as flooring, cabinets, vanities, appliances and fixtures. Show room is clean, pricing is straightforward and there's always been parking when I visited. As with most suppliers pricing has ticked up lately and you have to be careful with lead times.

While their selection is alright for kitchen and bathrooms , their customer service and warehouse pickup service needs a lot of work.
They say they have everything ready for pickup but, only have partial inventory ready.
My order was very straight forward and had to take multiple trips to get them all right.

A lot of selections and staffs are friendly. Due to the tariffs, prices are a little unsettling, they can vary from one visit to another, but it is not their fault.

Gave the wrong tile. This company can get nothing right.

We got our stuff from Ronnie and she was the only reason we bought stuff here! She was great and really helped us out! Prices are reasonable.

Good store overall. Nice variety for flooring and kitchen cabinets and reasonably priced for sure. Efficient staff at Milpitas location. Moderate effect of supply chain disruptions in 2021. Regarding flooring material, we found better shades at a different store and ended buying from there. Would definitely recommend this store.

Excellent showroom, but best of all was the customer service provided by Abbi. My husband and I walked in to the showroom and probably looked lost. She immediately came over and provided all the help we needed. She also was extremely patient and understanding. Can’t say enough good things about our experience at this KZ location. The quartz and flooring were exactly what we ordered and expected. We would definitely return to this location. Thank you Abbi!!

The showroom is big with lots of options. Sadly the designer we worked with (Justin Zhang) was not thoughtful and once we brought things from him, not willing to help. Some vanities had impractical designs and we were not warned about these. Then when we noticed the issue the designer blamed it on us. There were a lot of issues as we were not guided properly through the process. At some point I reached their customer service and they were able to help and the 2 stars are just for this plus their selection. I would tread carefully with the sales/design staff as they don’t seem knowledgeable and as was our case are our even downright rude. If you buy things from them and have issues; you are on your own.

I never write reviews but I felt that I should write one here . KZ has a very good collection and the entire experience with our remodel was good. We worked with Erin at the design department and she was able to convert our floor plan and Kitchen design idea into a complete plan within minutes and worked with us on several iterations as our design evolved. We also got engaged with one of their contractors- Ivan - who has now done 3 projects at our home ( we hired him for the kitchen remodel) and all three projects were handled extremely professionally, on time and with no unncessary back and forth. Ivan has a great set team and was able to execute all our projects in a co-ordinated manner. The crew would clean up the workspace before leaving and we saw the same crew cycle through the various phases of our projects and it was very smooth

There are lots of things to love about this place. They have a large selection of inventory for a kitchen remodel. Because we knew what we want, it was easy for them to come up with a design. Abbi and Vicky spent a long time helping us with a kitchen design concept that's 90% adequate for our needs. Pricing was attractive too. Keep in mind they offer prefab mostly on everything, probably made in China mostly. I don't know if they provide installation or pair you up with installers. Thus far, only our budget and taste will deter us from buying from this place. After a completed design, we know how much our remodel could cost. Let's see what happens after shopping around a bit. Regardless, I recommend this place.

Visited them(at Hayward center) for full kitchen remodeling and were treated very badly by sales/design lady. She was very rude to us and we literally felt like why have we come to this place. Wide and beautiful range of cabinets and countertops though. Visited Milpitas center next day and met Justin who was excellent and listened to us patiently and spent a good time in designing our kitchen.

Good customer service! Alex Li was our sales rep recommended by our contractor. He gave us excellent customer service by recommending us the tiles we needed and other bathroom appliances we needed as well. He helped us to choose the tiles for our bathroom and also explained the different kinds of tiles. Based on our contractor's measurement, he helped us to choose the right vanity. He patiently explain things to us and quickly responseded to our text messages. Good quality of their tiles and cabinets! We will definitely do business with them again!

I bought my European style kitchen cabinets and countertops from KZ and they look fabulous. The cabinet boxes and doors were well-built and well-finished. I had a very pleasant experience working with my sales rep (Ronnie Lo). She gave me a nice design for my new kitchen. She's very knowledgable, patient, always willing to help, and very fun to work with. I definitely recommend buying from KZ and working with Ronnie

I had overall a great experience working with KZ kitchen at Milpitas. Alex was super responsive, friendly and supportive. They have all the orders very well organized and I never had any issues with installation or pickup/drop off. The quality of materials are in a good side considering the reasonable prices. You might find 10 percent better quality in other places but about 50 percent higher prices. If you know what you want, highly recommend them.

DONT BUY HERE, RIP-OFF!

COUNTER TOP AND CABINET QUALITY IS POOR, AND THEIR COUNTERTOP INSTALLERS ARE TERRIBLE!

We remodeled our entire kitchen. The sales team sells you the cabinets and countertops that you see in their showroom. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU GET! Instead of nice mitered edge countertops, you get unfinished edges, stains, cracks, and poor quality. They broke our large countertop around the sink, on two sides, and tried to fill the cracks with putty. Never said a thing. Cabinet doors have large gaps, and you can see the shelves inside. One door was cracked. We needed to call KZ constantly and follow up to get them back out.

TOTAL BAIT-AND-SWITCH. Counter edges were double stacked, and they blamed it on the natural product. Nothing in their showroom is natural product finished like ours? No one in sales says anything about it? Their showroom countertops and cabinets misrepresented our purchase?

ERIK THE KZ CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER OFFERED ME A $1,000 MATERIAL REFUND AND SAID I NEEDED TO TALK WITH THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR A LABOR REFUND. WE PAID OVER $8,200 FOR THE COUNTERTOPS AND INSTALL?

WHOM EVER KZ USES TO DO THEIR INSTALLATIONS IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY!

ALL this stalled our remodel for 4 weeks. Now, we must find new countertops, a new installer, and demo the cheap scam countertops.

DON'T DO WHAT WE DID!

Pick a good local cabinet and counter contractor. Go to a marble, quartz, granite outlet, and pick your own slabs. Get it done, right? Mitered edges. It will save you a ton of money and frustration in the end.
