In my home, some of the wiring was not working in the kitchen outlets and I called this company to fix it. The electrician was actually there the very next day. After he diagnosed the problem in no time, he also gave a good explanation of the whole process. He located the loose connection in the wall, and in less than 60 minutes, he had it fixed. Very nice and respectful towards our house. For sure, I will call them again if needed.

We have had the help of many electricians over the years, but this was the best experience by far. Their recessed lights installation service was perfect in every stage, beginning from the consultation and ending with the cleanup. The installer made sure that everything was up to code, hence the safety of the place. He even went ahead and did some adjustments on the fixtures we already had. I’ll absolutely give them a call when I need to do further home upgrades.

We needed an electrician to wire up our whole house generator so we contacted ARC to get a proposal. Victor and his crew were nothing but professional and kept in touch with us every step of the way. When the natural gas modification resulted in our water heater not functioning, he contacted their contracted plumber immediately and it was taken care of the next day. I would highly recommend ARC for your lighting and electrical needs!

Came out quickly. Gave different repair options and price points. Note that emergency repair fee is not credited to work done total.

It took 6-7 months to get the work done. They claim it was PGE that was the problem but PGE did show up on one occasion and ARC Electric didn't. There seemed to be many reasons for not starting/completing the job. ARC emailed us an invoice yet we had not heard from them that the job was complete.They didn't clean up the mess they made, the tech left the job site without notifying us and left us with no power even though ARC said the job shouldn't take longer than one day. It took a few days to get the power fully restored. Someone from another company had to come out and get some of the power restored. We had to ask a couple of times for a copy of the permits that were obtained from the city by ARC.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

My hallway light is not working. I asked ARC electrical service to repair for me. They only checked the circuit breaker and did a 2 minute repair and left. They charged $150 for this 2 minutes repair. After they left, I found the motion switch is not working either. This should be their responsibility to make sure everything is working before they finish the repair. Unfortunately, they are not professional enough. I reported this issue to them, and they said I need to pay $90 extra for repairing the switch. It is unacceptable to me since this should include by hallway light repair. It is an excessive charge due to their fault. I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

I approved $150 for fixing the whole thing. This should be your responsibility to make sure everything related to my hallway light is working. Repair the switch should NOT be extra charge.

ARC provided exceptional service when helping add additional sockets to a commercial office space. Little guidance needed for such a hard task. They were able to finish fast and at a great price. Definitely would recommend you reach out if you need a responsive electrical team.

We use arc electrical for all our electrical heating and AC needs. They are very responsive. I recommend this company.

Service arrived on time and the tech was very straight forward with pricing. Very personable and made kept me informed on everything being done and what needed to be done.
