Aaron was great. He found my problem(s), explained what was going on and what needed to be done now, and gave me estimates on other issues I have but don't need to be done right this minute. He understood I'm on a fixed income. He was so helpful. Aaron R. is a great electrician.

Aaron arrived promptly and was able to figure out my problem after a thorough check of the ceiling recessed lights. It was a pleasure working with him. I always call ARC for my lighting issues. In the past, I hired ARC and Victor to install the landscape lights for our property. When there was a problem with a couple not coming on after a few years, ARC came out and fixed them for me, as an extension of their previous service.
I have a couple of lights not coming on now, and I’m hoping they can be checked and fixed as well.

Because of the job and a bad circuit breaker, our house experienced both a full black out and later incomplete power restoration for 2-3 days. It was like camping at home. I needed to use Peet's electricity and wifi. Freezer food spoiled. I was unable to print out an important document at home.

Not happy with the service. While they were prompt, I was charged $450 and the electrical wiring was messed up and now I need to call another person to fix it. The person solicited a review and when I told him that the electrician created a new problem they stopped communicating. That’s not the kind of service I expect when I am paying a premium.

Aaron was tremendous. He was polite and friendly, and while he wasn't able to fix my issue, his thorough diagnostic was able to determine exactly what part I needed and rule out all the other potential problems I was worried about.

If I could give a 0 I would. Worker came out, claimed we need a new circuit run. When I explained to him circuit was initially added his response was that’s illegal. But would not even unplug the electric blinds plugged into the outlet. Claiming “ he was not allowed to touch low voltage” even though the blinds are clearly AC motors. Then said he needed to “call his boss”. Then just left! No word to us no nothing.

Aaron came out and did a fantastic job trouble-shooting and solving my electrical issue. He thoroughly explained various options, listened really well, answered my questions thoughtfully and did a great job. I received service the same day that I called to set up an appt. This company has been one of the worst I’ve dealt with. They charged me $590 to replace a breaker that costs about $10. On top of that, they scheduled the appointment for 2–3 PM but didn’t show up until 4:45 PM, and no one answered the phone in the meantime. Terrible customer service, an absolute waste of time and money.

The tech was sent out quickly. He did not find the issue upon the initial inspection. Stated that he needed to do a "diagnostic" for $220 and it doesn't include repairing it. He removed the wiring to the outlets that were connected to the trouble spot. He found a loose neutral. He then charged us an additional $113 to fix it. I disagree with this procedure. He removed the wires to test it, so he had to put the wires back on, whether he found the issue or not. In the process of doing this, it would have corrected the issue by default. There was no need to charge an addition fee. If he would have found the need to troubleshoot, I would understand the additional charge, but he didn't need to do it. I feel we were overcharged for the "repair" of twisting the wires back together.

I can only give ARC a one star rating which is based on the fact that I was enormously overcharged. In late July, I had a problem with the air conditioning. Chris Roberts came to check out the problem and give me an estimate, which turned out to be $15,000. This about was for replacing the air conditioner and heater. Because I have never had a problem with service companies and have always found them to be honest, I trusted Chris. On day 2 of replacing the units I was informed that there was a problem with the ducts under the house and they would all need to be replaced. Chris informed me that the duct work would cost $18,000. At that point I called a friend to come over and give me advice. The friend advised me to cancel the duct work and get some other estimates. When Chris was informed that I was going to cancel the job he called me. I told him that amount was a lot of money. He replied back that it was a lot of work. He then said I could get a 15% ARC membership. And then he told me that if he went with someone else for the duct work they could not guarantee their work. I later learned that this was not true. I unfortunately believed Chris and went with ARC for the duct work. The worker spent a mere 3 1/2 hours at my house working on the ducts. The whole job cost me $31,000! I would never, never, never recommend this company. I have spent many sleepless nights ruminating about the fact that I was overcharged for the job. I have also taken a hit to my retirement fundsl

Aaron did a fantastic job. He showed up when he said he would, quoted me a fair price as an estimate and then charged me exactly what he said he would when it was done.

Following those quotes, ARC has installed a new air conditioning system, and some months later , a new furnace. Henry did those installations, and he is a pro. He knows his stuff, and is wonderful to work with. He even blew the leaves off my driveway at the very end. Who does that?? ❤️
