The recent storm pulled the service drop conduit off the side of our house. ARC answered my phone call and dispatched an electrician to start the repair work the same day, within a couple of hours. Two different crews came and the job was finally finished at 11pm the same night! I can't say enough about their professionalism, effectiveness, diligence, and communication. They will now become my go to. Recommended without hesitation!

Very professional and clean installation of a NEMA14-50 receptacle. They had to come back a couple times because I requested a specific brand of receptacle but they accommodated that with no issue. System has been working great for 2 years so far with daily EV charging.

5 stars for the great work of the technician and 4 stars for the management.
Installed two Tesla Wall Connectors (EV home chargers). Everything went well (including the permitting process), but there were 2 issues:
1) we had to schedule inspection 2 times because the first time a printed permit was missing (next time the technician brought the printed permit and the process went through); easy fix for management - just always print the documents
2) the installation was done for 50 amps, when I asked for 60 amps as Tesla Wall Connectors are rated for 60 amps; had to research online if the 50 amp installation was fine for 60 amps (it was, expect we had to swap circuit breakers); there is an easy fix for both management and client: validate the plan with the client before installation.

The team at Arc Electrical Services has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. We were initially anxious about rewiring our home and upgrading our breaker box, but the team at Arc has been exceptional in their planning, execution, and follow-up throughout the entire process.

The team was very responsive and helpful. Happy with the final job and appreciated the helpful advice along the way.

The tech guy very professional we spoke before the project started. Went over any concerns I had. Also clean up the area before leaving.

I ordered a quiet cool fan for my house. I asked the sales person if an additional part is needed to mount the vent verticle, he told me no. When the install team arrived, they said that no verticle adapter is required, but they (Arc) were wrong.
Afrer numerous phone calls pictures and emails Quiet Cool sent me a verticle adapter. I am now waiting for the install team to contact me to schedule a time that they can come by and complete the install.
Quiet Cool needs more training for their sales team...

I called them bcos when i used the room heater that caused 3 points to stop working. First they said its 69 plus to fix the issue 220 after looking at the switches. They send one more person after sometime who couldn't diagnose the issue and charged me 69+220, saying they need to send some angel who will fix it after few days and gave me packages starting from $600+ to 2000+. I called their office and complained about they simply misleading people and charging for nothing. People please don't accept their diagnosis and pay.
I called another electrician the next day and he found the issue in 30 mins and fixed the switch causing the issue for $300.

Jordan came out to install a 120V dedicated outlet in our home. He was polite courteous and friendly. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. ARC electric was the only electric company that did not charge a fee for an estimate which the others did (range of $75 to $70). I called several and I'm glad I ended up going with ARC. They are a professional company and I would recommend them.

Victor came right on time, and gave a great overview and excellent quote. We talked through a number of options, and selected the best one for me at the time. The team came later that day, and they did great work!
I know I will to continue to work with ARC in the future!

Awesome work. Aaron helped us get the fixes fast, explained the pros and cons, gave multiple options, and got us going with electrical issues disappearing promptly—also a great person to work with.

I had raised concern regarding the microwave tripping the circuit. Being in an older condo, quite a few lights and plug points were part of one circuit and so the microwave tripping it was causing quite a bit of the house turning off. On contacting Victor from ARC Electrical, he was able to get me a tech assigned for the next day itself to attend the property. Aaron from ARC Electrical attended and carried out a detailed diagnosis from the plug point to the breaker circuit. Post it , he was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix the issue at the plug point. I’m really happy with the quick response, diagnosis and fix. Will definitely recommend using ARC Electrical’s services.

Scheduling an appointment was simple, electrician arrived within the appointment time ready to work. Richard was polite and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and we were kept informed at all times. The project is not complete yet, so I cannot rate them a 5 star yet. Maybe later.
