We needed a diagnosis and repair done on our building because of continuing roof leak issues. I found True Roof online and contacted them. They made an appointment with me and showed on time. Recommendations were made and repairs completed in a timely manner. I would use them again if necessary.

I live in the Central Valley of California and needed to have my tile roof cleaned. I made the decision to go with the proposal thatvTrue Roof submitted and I am glad I did. First of they are very easy to get in contact with and provide timely responses to questions.

We agreed on a date and time for the service and on that day several technicians showed up on time and got right to work. They were very friendly and professional and I was put at ease very quickly. These guys worked their backsides off cleaning the power washing my roof even though it was one of the hotter days of the summer. They came fully prepared and even had a few tiles with the just in case they found broken ones.

When they finished the job they took the tile to walk around the property to clean up any mess that might had been made which was very little.

My roof looked great when they were done and I was very satisfied, I would highly recommend them if you have roofing needs.

True Roof did an excellent job replacing our roof! They’re honest, trustworthy and can accommodate whatever you may need. Tear off was accomplished in one day and replacing it took about 2 1/2 days. The crews arrived on schedule each day, they were professional, efficient, hard working and did a thorough job… Definitely a company I would recommend without reservations for roofing services.

The repairs were handled carefully without adding unnecessary pressure or further damage. I was given a fair estimate with pictures of what needed to be done. Once the job was completed I was given a notice that reflected the repairs with photos.

I needed dry rot repair on my roof eaves and after months of trying to get a roofer to inspect the problems I was able to get two companies to check it out. They came inspected and I never heard from them again. They ignored my calls and messages. Since I also needed new gutters, I contracted with a company, but they couldn't install the gutters until the dry rot problem was repaired. They waited several more months and then they finally recommended True Roof. From the moment they answered my call, I recognized good customer service. Whether you talk with the office staff :Roxanne, Jessica, Beckie, or Odis the owner, or Marcos the inspector, it is refreshing to converse with articulate and caring people.
When the workers came to my house they also were an extension of good customer service. When they started working on repairing the dry rot and cleaning the valleys and replacing cracked roof tiles, my two neighbors and I were impressed by their competency and pride in their work. They weren't there just to do a job and leave. It had to be done correctly (almost to perfection). It was noticeable that these workers made the valleys on the roof look better than what the builder did when I bought the house new. My neighbors expressed that they will be calling True Roof to work on their roofs. I am so pleased
with True Roof that if I could, I would give 10 stars.

As a real estate professional, I have used True Roof several times for my clients who have been happy with their service. So when it came time for my own rental, I had Odis come out for a roof inspection. They scheduled the repairs the following week, and the crew were finished in a couple days. They did an outstanding job and I'm very pleased with their professionalism and highly recommend True Roof.

We had our roof maintenance completed in the first week of December 2024. The people who came out to do the actual labor were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t mind at all when I pointed out that they had missed a spot under an eave as they were getting packed up. They got right back on their ladders and fixed the issue without any complaints.

I can’t say that I enjoyed dealing with the people in the office over the phone. Apparently only one person in the office was authorized to talk to me about our deposit on the work or the final payment and they were never in when I called. They would only talk to me via email. It took a long time to get a date for the work scheduled and there was a mix up with how much we owed, the wrong amount was given to us on our invoice. The work done was amazing, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

TrueRoof provided premium materials and installation of a complex roof on our new construction, custom residence in the Apple Valley area of Sonora, CA..

The scheduling of our project was not as originally agreed, but owner, Odis DeHart, was very responsive to our request that the agreement in place
be honored.

While in process, those who loaded the shingles on the roof (not TrueRoof themselves) damaged the underlayment membrane but did not report it to anyone.

The result was rain damage to the structure, for which, to his great credit, Mr. DeHart, immediately and completely assumed responsibility, making our project whole again.

Now finished, the final result functions perfectly and is among the most dramatic and beautiful roof applications in the Ranches/Manors subdivisions.
