Thank you True Roof. It was raining and my roof was leaking. I didn't know who to call there reviews were great so I thought I'd give them a try. They responded within 4 hours. They were very professional, knowledgeable and resolve my problem within an hour and a half. Saving my drywall inside. Thank you again.

Best roofers in town! I was very pleased with the service I received from True Roof. They were able to start earlier than scheduled and did a fantastic job in two days time! The crew cleaned up the debris as they worked and left my house with a beautiful new roof. Would 100% recommend them to anyone needing roof work done!

Fantastic group of guys. Fast, professional and a damn good deal. I found these guys when Chris came up to my door noticing some wind damage from the last storm we had. He helped us out and got the process started. Could not be more pleased with the entire thing.

Odis (owner) at True roofing was such a pleasure to work with. His crew showed up on time everyday when working on my roof. All of his crew members were polite and very professional. I really appreciated the fact they would clean up at the end of everyday. I highly recommend True roofing to anyone looking to install a new roof!!

Ours was not an easy house or garage to re-roof. The pitches are steep, it's on a hill and it's multi-story. The team at True Roof did a fantastic job - they were organized and stuck to a tight schedule, but paid attention to detail and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Phenomenal service from top to bottom. Excellent communication and kept us up to date on everything. Fought for us on ever level so we didn’t have to pay for anything we shouldn’t have to and made sure this experience with insurance wasn’t a burden but actually a wonderful experience that helped improve the safety and look of our home. Few companies actually care but to have the owner personally calling you to check in on how things are going and who lets you know the progress of everything going on. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner Odis and Chris at True Roof. Best decision I ever made and would recommend for any service you may need all the way down from inspection to total roof replacement.

Chris Fogg is awesome! He has helped me with the roof replacement from beginning to end, and is quick to answer any of my concerns. True Roof is working directly with my insurance company and making the entire process hassle-free. The roofing crew was courteous and clean, even doing some extra debris removal at no extra cost to me and without complaints. Odis DeHart and the office staff are attentive and responsive to my needs. I am very thankful for all their hard work and especially appreciate the extra effort from Chris.

Our family has used True roof a few times and they are great. Great communication and professional service. The rep that dealt with our insurance company was great too! They did their best to make the process smooth and easy for us.

Excellent customer service. Our roof started leaking in the middle of a rain storm. I called them and they were able to send someone out same day. Shereen was very helpful and patiently answered questions I had regarding the different services and repair. Guy came in looked at the leak and repaired in less than an hour. No more leak since then.

Thank you guys you were really helpful throughout the entire process. I had a fire and water claim , I was I was overwhelmed with the situation I was in. Once Servpro showed up they made everything look so easy. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any fire or water restoration. They are the pros !

Worst service. My project manager told me not to worry all I would have to pay is my deductible. They all are liars. Do not use them. They overcharged and now I have to make up the difference. I hope I find a class action suit against them.

I called ServPro after discovering my fathers house had flooded. The kind woman who answered the phone (after hours) was extremely helpful, she took my number and called back right away to inform me the crew would be out in an hour, even though it was well after 8pm. I call this service! The crew arrived and began work right away. They helped with everything, from moving all furniture out, to taking care of the insurance. They emailed daily to inform us of the progress and when we would arrive on site, Shaun and the crew ensured they explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend ServPro Turlock!!

This company is an absolute joke. They were hired to do my roof, and literally trashed all of my plants, and flowers. They then stripped my garage to the rafters without telling me, and ruined all of my stored items in there with dirt, wood, all sorts of roofing crap, and then told me, a disabled man, that I was the one who would have to clean it up. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, not on time. Using sub par cheapest materials they can find. Go with Richey roofing, the one I saw doing the house across the street. They take care of their customers unlike these unprofessional clowns.

Bought a house that they had done the roof on about four years ago. I was asking them to come out and do some repairs they quoted a price. Tried for six weeks to get a hold of them. The owner Crystal was very unprofessional and never return calls . The lady in the office kept telling me that she would have Crystal call me never received a call back. When I called back The lady in the office quoted a price way higher than I was quoted the first time around and and said that’s Crystal told her to tell me that cost. The cost was not even in the ballpark for the first quote. very unprofessional!
