Constraction reviews in Modesto, California

Thank you True Roof for coming to our home in El Dorado county. Tony came out to do a tune-up and cleaning today. We had a lot of moss to remove, and he did a great job. Now our roof looks amazing! I really appreciate that he made sure to clean off our back deck, front porch and driveway afterwards. Also, the before and after photos. Thanks again Tony!

The service was excellent, True Roof did everything we agreed on. Their staff was always ready to give me any information I needed, they knew who I am and had all the answers I required. The roof was done on time, a great job. I am trying to tell you how pleased I was with their staff and knowledge regarding my Roofing needs. bottom line, the roof is done, and we are very pleased with the entire job, start to finish.

Job well done! The crews were very professional and show up on time to replaced the damaged sheeting that were damaged by rain. The price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the job. You cannot go wrong choose True Roof for any roofing repairing. I highly recommended True Roof.

We had an absolute wonderful experience with this company. Would highly recommend to all. It was a pleasure working with you and your company. The whole team was outstanding. We have the most beautiful roof on our block. Thank you again.

Odis, the company owner is great and truly will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your roofing project.
We had some challenges and Odis did make sure everything that came up was well taken care of.

They built my roof in Mi Wuk. It is amazing. Great work. Quick service. Reasonably priced. Explained everything.

We have had True Room come and clean our roof valleys two times now. In both cases, our roof had started to leak simply because of the buildup of dirt and leaves in those valleys. In both cases, the cleaning of our roof stopped leaks. I'd highly recommend Otis and his team at True Room

I found True Roof through Angi. True Roof came to my house and quoted me two options to resolve my roofing issues. The work was completed in short order and very well. Many thanks to the fine people over there!

Working with True Roof was a blessing and a great experience. Otis, the owner of True Roof, was on site when the job started and followed up with me twice, to make sure I was a happy customer. I highly recommend True Roof for their fantastic customer service, great work, and follow up!

I was happy with True Roof repairs of my roof. The workers arrived on the correct day and at the time originally stated to begin the work. I have not been able to test whether there are any leaks after the repairs as there has been little rainfall. So far all seems to be in order. Payment was handled via internet so the billing process was very easy 🙂
Thank you True Roof.

Otis and his team were great to work with. They have quality and professional service. The only negative is that it took so long for them to get here. Availablity was very limited. Once they were here, it only took a couple hours for them to find and fix a pin hole leak. They did a great job. We highly recommend True Roof for any roofing needs.

The true roof team did an excellent job for me. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I wasn't satisfied the color of the tile used in my roof repairs and the company replaced it with a color that I liked at no additional charge. I would definitely us them again for any roof repairs.

I first noticed Odis when he was doing an inspection at the house of my Brother’s neighbor. I saw that the signage on his truck was for a roofing company. I walked over and explained some issues I had with my roof and he said he would come over to give me an estimate. The next day Odis inspected a spot on my roof where water was dripping behind the fascia. Odis explained that it was due to debris preventing the correct drainage of rain in valley of the roof in that location.
I also had a slipped joist in my garage attic that caused a dip in my ceiling due to a failed support connection at a nail plate.
We made an appointment for the repairs and his team showed up on time and got to work. First, four workers got on the roof and removed tiles from the three valleys on my roof. They then removed a large amount of debris that filled garbage bags, and cleaned up all three valleys. They also removed the flashing from the main valley where I noticed the dripping and replaced a section of the tar paper. Then they reinstalled the flashing and reinstalled the tiles.
After they were finished another team showed up and got to work in my garage attic. They used a floor Jack and some timber to raise up the slipped joists to level and installed support to numerous locations in the surrounding area in the attic. It was a great job and completely fixed the dip in the ceiling.
I am totally happy after seeing that during this last rain fall that the water no longer drips from behind the fascia.
I thought this repair was going to take awhile but the roof and garage ceiling was repaired in three hours. Great job True Roof.

True Roof did siding replacement and gutter replacement projects at my home. They were thorough and took the time to review all aspects of the project before beginning, updated as it went along, and did a full walk around once the projects were completed. They were conscientious of maintaining a clean site throughout. Their teams were professional and polite with any questions posed to them. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if it was available. Thank you to Tony and the True Roof team.

Very professional across the board. Marcos provided a very detailed estimate and the crews were on time (early) and were very professional. Project was completed as estimated and most importantly, no leaks anywhere (from washing my solar panels after they left) and the gutters worked perfectly.

Everyone I dealt with during the reroofing process was great. From getting the quote, answering my questions, performing the work and even the payment process was smooth and very customer friendly. They went above and beyond in getting the roof done in a small window around storms and exceeded all expectations.

True Roof has helped us with 2 of our projects.
They are very attentive, fast, and responsive.

Highly recommend🙏🏼

We had a few decisions to make replacing the roof on our historic house and True Roof was very patient with us. We were preparing for solar panels and wanted the color to merge as well as possible. We appreciate their skill and care. It was a good experience on such a big project.

It’s only a matter of time when this type of service is needed. I have used them twice. That said, the process was explained, and the work was completed with success. Bottom-Line: I’m NOT easy to please with outside work. THEY NAILED IT!!!

I have never been so impressed with a company. They showed up on the estimated date. They start at 7am on the dot. They clean up every day better than it was. The entire crew of 6-9 guys works so fast and hard. When they were done they blew off the roof so that there will be no after mess once they leave. They even come with their own bathroom. I would 100% recommend this company and their professionalism.

This company was assigned through American Home Shield warranty, person came to check, didn't go in Attic to check the leak, didn't go on top of the roof to check the leak. Just flew drone to check and found no leak, even though showed ceiling with wet spots. Very Unprofessional.
