Constraction reviews in Modesto, California

Adrian Construction remodeled our kitchen from the ground up in the summer of 2023. The quality of work from day one was fantastic and almost one year later we are still in awe of our new space. We absolutely love it.

We decided to hire Donovan and his team after our initial meeting with them to discuss plans and their course of work. We were immediately ready to sign a contract after Mr. Adrian emphasized how important communication was for his clients and team. True to his word, he contacted us every single day for the entirety of the project to give us a heads up on what to expect for the next and and/or following week. It was so helpful given our already busy lifestyle. We were always given enough time to plan accordingly if we needed to be out of the house for any length of time.

Every person who came into our home was respectful, courteous and friendly. They took care to clean up their work at the end of every work day and arrived on time every morning. It was fun getting to know everyone who worked here.

The quality of work and special attention to detail was great. My husband and I had some unique ideas for our kitchen that the team took extra care to make sure it was done according to our vision. If something seemed amiss, we worked together until it was right. Again, it cannot be overstated how happy we are with the end results even months later and it’s a treasure to come home and see the beautiful work every day.

If you are in the process of looking for a general contractor, look no further. This is your team and they are fantastic to work with.

PS: We look forward to hiring them again in the future for more projects.

Great professional service and bathroom remodeling. We had a great experience in having them guide us through the process from picking materials for new bathroom upgrade to doing all the hard work and getting the new bathroom completely done. They are very professional, reliable and did a great job. I definitely would call them back for any further remodeling or upgrades in my home and highly recommend them for any construction or upgrades in your home. The finals results of the bathroom were amazing.

Quality work!

Was trying to hire him for an ADU project. He just ghosted us..

Aaron remodeled our home, most excellent and professional contractor I had to work on my home, very dependable, top notch work and very friendly. I recommended Aaron to anyone...very professional 5+++ stars.

Reached out to get a quote for a 25x32 steel building for a residential project and the communication was almost non-existent. I was able to get the quote from the building manufacturer a week before they did. Then I was given a $72k quote not including the building, electric, etc. The building itself is only $16k from the manufacturer, anyhow the whole experience was unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed with the poor communication and ridiculously high quote it was almost double anyone else's price. Do not recommend

Aaron and his crew did a great job on our kitchen an flooring remodel!! Our friends comment on the professional workmanship they did. Definitely rehire again for any future needs!!!

Aaron did a beautiful job on my kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is very thorough and takes time to tend to detail. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and very open to anything we decided to change along the way. I would definitely choose Aaron for any other project and highly recommend him.

Highly recommend these guys! Aaron and his crew did a full addition and kitchen remodel for my family! They came in on time and on budget and walked me through the whole process that i had never been through before. Perhaps as important as anything they are kind and understanding and I was totally comfortable with having their crews around my wife and kiddos! These days, thats saying a lot! Their work was fantastic and the quality was excellent! You wont regret working with these guys!

We hired this construction company for a full remodel of our house and detached garage, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. From day one, the communication was clear and professional. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered results that went above and beyond what we imagined.

Every part of the project was handled with care and precision — from structural updates to the finishing touches. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail was second to none. They stuck to the timeline, stayed within budget, and made the entire experience surprisingly stress-free.

Their crew was respectful, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. The transformation of both the house and garage is stunning, and we get compliments constantly.

If you’re looking for a construction company that is trustworthy, talented, and truly cares about quality, don’t hesitate to go with these guys. We’re beyond thrilled with the outcome and wouldn’t use anyone else for future projects.

Aaron absolutely crushed it with our home renovation project! 🏠 He handled everything from demolishing our old place to building us a brand-new dream home, and his communication was 🔥 – always kept us in the loop. The craftsmanship? Top-notch. He dealt with city and county regulations like a pro, tackling every hiccup that came up. Finished the job on time, and two years later, we're still loving it – zero issues! 😊 Highly recommend him!

The most expensive concrete company I’ve ever dealt with, no I didn’t use their service, their estimate was at $18 per square foot for regular concrete, as a contractor myself I know they should be charging $5 to $7 psf. For regular broom finish concrete in this area, no pump need it for this pour also, No justification for such a price
Price couching at it’s finest.

This is what I’ve received on DM. From this company.

I don’t want and never will use such people for any services.
I feel very threatened!

La compañía HSD Masonry del Sr Daniel Mendoza acaba de terminar un trabajo en mi casa y lo recomiendo es una persona profesional y el trabajo excelente.

Daniel did an amazing job! He works efficiently and pays close attention to exactly what his clients want. He truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Our backyard turned out beautiful and is now such a great, family-friendly space. What impressed me most was how quickly he completed everything—no delays, no excuses, just quality results. He is very trustworthy and easy to work with. We will definitely be calling him again for future projects. Highly recommend—thank you, Daniel!
