We have used the lawn/gardening service offered by TLC Ramirez for at least 7 or 8 years. Excellent service, pleasant people. Other neighbors on Helen Avenue also have used them. Very thorough.

They were so kind enough to squeeze us in their busy schedule! They were quick and did a great job too. I attached my before and after! 👍🩷

I would like to update, I have had TLC Ramirez for a year and I couldn't be happier. They did a complete cleaning of my yard last may, which left a big brush pile, they scheduled the clean up around the time the city picks up the brush, the city worker left debris all over the road, half way down the street, I went out a few hours later when I heard a leaf blower and there was Art, cleaning up the mess for me, he just happened to be driving by and saw it. I dont know another company that will come by on their own time to help and just be like your family. Very reasonable, reliable, friendly, sweet people who work very hard.

After speaking with the Owner we resolved the miscommunication from my previous review, I was able to get a quote and I am excited to have a nice yard for a reasonable price! They were very friendly and went through everything that needs to be done. Thank you Art!

We have used Carlos and Laura for several years now. We initially called for a yard clean up and were pleased with their service. At that time we didn't know they took care of pools also. We hired them that day to continue service weekly for us and they have been ever since. That was over 5 years ago and we couldn't be happier.

These guys are the best!! Great work, Friendly, Great Communication, very affordable. I let my yard and pool get away from me. My back yard looked like a jungle and swamp. They came in and quickly cleaned it up, like it was nothing. I will definitely use them again!!!

Bilingual in Spanish and English. He and his wife cleaned my pool very nice in a timely manner. Very professional and nice people. Really happy with their services. Pool was really dirty and they cleaned it up nicely. Highly recommend it

I recently moved to the Modesto area and my pool was fully covered with Algae. I called Carlos and he responded fast to the service call and in the same day he got rid of the algae infection. Him and his team worked professional. I will be happy to keep using his services

Ramirez is the best person you can get for your pool maintenance. He advises you , takes time to explain issues.Helps you make correct decisions about pool , water , cleanliness. I bought a house with pool that has a leak. As a first time pool owner I needed help. He advised me on the direction I need to take . What kind of maintenance I need to do and stopped me from making mistakes. His kind advise helped me a lot . He cares about his work and people.

We have been using this service for going on a year. Our pool always looks amazing and they have wonderful communication. They also take extra care to make sure gates are closed so our dogs do not get out. 10/10 recommend

We had a big smelly mess in the pool Carlos drained it. powerwashed it all out, looked so much better, he did it for a price that was way more reasonable than anyone in the area. It is on its way to being pretty again. thankful for the hard work that was done. This was the right fit for us. They were friendly, came out for us pretty quickly fitting us into their schedule. Very happy with the work today

Mr. Ramirez and his team are very diligent and knowledgeable woth their field of work. As a first time pool owner they informed of the ins and out of the pool and how much It would cost if for certain things. Last week our pool had turned green and called them up and they came the next day and got it to turn blue in about 20 mins. Great guy and affordable.
