I am very very very happy with Modesto pressure washing! I definitely give it a 10 out of 10. I had a huge bird problem. Birds were always on the roof and they had nested underneath my solar panels. I would spend hours every weekend cleaning the bird Pooh that had fallen on the patio. They came out to bird proof my roof, panels and they cleaned my solar panels. I haven’t seen a bird ever since and my solar panel production has also gone up. They also spotted a few broken roof tiles and they fixed them. They also cleaned the patio. Their work and service was amazing! I had gotten a few quotes from multiple companies and they were the most affordable. Definitely recommend

I recently contacted Modesto pressure washing to remove stains and an odor from my balcony. They did an exceptional job. They were very easy to talk to, and the communication was great. They were very accommodating and worked well with my availability and made the process very easy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Mike was so gracious in working around our meal giveaway. We had cars and people all over the grounds and he was so accommodating. Then he pressure washed the area described and even more. We had a few main stained concrete areas but when I would walk around, Mike was cleaning every area his hose reached. So appreciate his attention to the details of our property and working around all the obstacles. Well satisfied and highly recommended.

I'm big on time, Michael called to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time and started right away, he cleared the moss on the roof and cleaned the gutters, even power washed the front of the house all for a great price. I'm extremely happy with his service and look to do business with again, will definitely recommend to others.

Did a fantastic and amazing job!! Highly recommend them! I emailed for an estimate, and they got back with me immediately. They showed up on time, prepped everything, covered my pool with a tarp to protect it from the dirt & debris ,which I greatly appreciated! They were very detailed in their job. They rinsed off all the dirt on my windows afterwards, rinsed off my patio, cleaned up afterwards They were extremely kind and courteous.! I can’t say enough about them!!

Modesto Pressure Washing did a fantastic job cleaning my roof, patio and driveway. Mike was very personable. The 2 men arrived on time and worked for 3 hours cleaning the concrete and roof at my house. The driveway is spotless and the
roof is debri free. They got up the algae and stains on my patio. They even helped me move some of the plants and a statue.
I really appreciate the care they took with my property and would highly recommend them.

Amazing service with good pricing. Worked with my schedule and super cool install staff!! Great attention to detail and the lights line up perfectly which is the most important thing in my opinion. Love how install will be much cheaper in the years coming. 100% worth the money. We even decided we wanted the garage after the first install and they worked with us on the price because we had recently had the pressure washing service. The house looked so amazing after that, so I’d definitely say to take advantage of everything they offer as it comes with their amazing attitude and outlook.

This team did a terrific job cleaning my outdoor surfaces and garage after they were flooded by a water main break on Sylvan. The water had inundated my back yard, RV pad, walkways and patio and even the garage and driveway. Lots of mud, a fine silt, was left. They have all the right equipment and worked really hard & thoroughly. Plus they are very nice people! Highly recommended!

Spoke with them to set a time to look at my pool and make repairs, set the day as a Saturday and the guy does not show up. No phone call, text or anything to reschedule or let me know he wasn't going to make it, went to another company instead. Still haven't heard from them, oh well.

Chris was very responsive, professional and friendly. He came out the same day and was very upfront on his analysis. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. We will be using his service from now on.
