Great quality work! Very dependable and very respectful! Great family business and can depend on them to get the job done! We recently had a family event and they came out to pressure wash the patio and did an incredible job!

Michael called back quickly and did an excellent job of washing my walkways and windows. He is very pleasant and professional.

Mike and his crew came today to clean my patio cover. I am so happy with the outcome. I was ready to do it myself and knew it would take me a couple days. They were here and gone in 90 minutes. Fixed a gutter too. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. Such a nice crew including Myra. Thank you so much for a great job on such short notice.

The crew that came out was on time and very professional. They made sure and protected my gutters when placing the ladder to access the roof. After the cleaning, my panels looked better then the day they were installed.

The owner of Modesto Pressure Washing did a great job removing the algae and moss from my roof, he also cleaned our solar panels and gutters. I had him return to do a Christmas light installation on my home and it came out beautifully.

Smooth customer service over the phone to get a quote. They were able to schedule me in one week, which I thought was great. The team showed up on time. They were personable and professional. They were respectful around my property, and most importantly, my house, roof, and patio look shiny and clean

My neighbor recommended Michael from Modesto Pressure washing for gutter cleaning. When I called to make an appointment, the call was answered promptly by a human ( usually you come across recorded greetings to leave messages). She quickly pulled up my property on her computer, looked up the property to give me the quote.
Michael arrived promptly and explained me what to expect in the process. He asked to move our cars from our driveway, so that they do not get dirty. He offered to check the condition of the roof and take the pictures for me, which would give me a nice visual of the roof.
He offered to check for any bird damages that he might see while he was up in the roof as we have lots of pigeons in our area.
I asked him to see if he can do some additional tasks ( with extra pay) if he had time to get them done. It worked out for both of us.
He left my property very neat and clean after his job was done.
Michael has very pleasant and professional attitude and his work is excellent. I recommend his work to anybody who is looking for local person with quality and professionalism. Thank you Michael —- you are my contact person each year going forward.

Michael was professional, provided reasonable quote and showed up on time. He did a few extra things for me but didn't charge. I'll use him again to put bird guard for my solar panels once they are installed.

What an amazing service and turn around time! I had previously spoken with Mayra over a month ago before actually scheduling the service due to remodeling a home I’ll be listing and not only did she remember me but she made it happen in less than two days. If you need a pressure wash service and want reliable people, these are your people!

My wife hired Michael and his company to do roof cleaning for us. He went above and beyond by also cleaning our gutters. He did an amazing job with the removal of our moss. Highly recommend. I have worked with this company on a few jobs. As an HOA manager they are quick to respond always willing to come out and do a bid. Communication is key for me and they nail it all the time. Also I have not found anyone that has the pricing and quality work they have.
