It's been about two weeks now and I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mr. Bill and Tony for taking the time to install a new 50gallon hot water heater. They are so professional at what they do, plus they went that extra mile to make sure everything else was working correctly. I will always call Innovation Plumbing for all my plumbing projects. Professionalism is hard to find and when you find it, it's like magic.

I had a great experience with Mikhail who was very personable and fixed the issue quickly. He was transparent about pricing and even took the time to show interest in my many animals in the home. Even when I first called the company the man on the phone was so kind and found me help pretty quickly which I was worried about considering it was a Sunday!

My only complaint (which is not to much of a complaint) is that I had never had to use/pay for a plumber before and it was quite expensive for a new home owner. So finding out it was $295 to get my drain snaked came at quite a shock but I still appreciated the fix and service nonetheless.

Had a water pipe leaking and found the house had old/obsoleted piping shut the water main off. Called on a Monday morning and Mikhail showed up just a couple hours later (sooner than the original ETA), assessed the problem, explained it to me, and walked me through 3-4 different options I could go with for the repairs I needed. Got it set up so I can turn the water back on, then came back on the scheduled day to do the full bathroom repiping. Mikhail is very Honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything very clearly. Top Tier definitely lived up to the name. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Update: Taylor and Lance checked my hot water heater and found that American Home Shield failed to vent properly. My family and I were lucky that we didn't get sick. They fixed it immediately. I am so grateful for their work ethics and actually caring about their clients. I'd recommend Top Tier Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumbing service. So friendly and caring. I can't say enough good things about them.

Where to begin! It is a tragedy to be without hot water and have someone on hospice at the same time. Let me tell you about Samuel Crocker from Top Tier Plumbing; he absolutely saved the day. This Technician came out the same day within two hours from when I first intentionally called, resolved the issue I had, and thoroughly informed me about my matter. I absolutely would recommend this company to everyone who is in need of a fantastic plumbing service. We had Mikhail from Top Tier plumbing come to our house to fix two bathroom values and he did a wonderful job. He was personable, professional, competent, and we really enjoyed talking with him. I would definitely use them again!

Mikhail showed up within half an hour of dispatch. He evaluated the problem and did his trouble-shooting and was able to get the water heater fixed in record time.

Samuel did a great job! He installed two new toilets, removed the old ones, and also replaced my shower head. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

He’s friendly, respectful, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I felt comfortable having him work in my home, and I really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole process was.

I’ll definitely call Samuel again for any future repairs, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and quality service!

Tayler is awesome, I had a major issue over the weekend where my whole kitchen flooded. He came out worked with me to use my home warranty company (which is a joke by the way (AHS is terrible)) he waited so patiently while I tried to get them to approve service by Top Tier, and in the end they would not authorize him to fix the issue, but he cleared my issue anyway and gave me a great deal. I really appreciate all that he did to help me. I would highly recommend him to anyone that in need of a great plumber!

Very impressed with Top Tier Plumbing! They are very professional and excellent communicators. They sent email when the initial appointment was scheduled with details and texted updates regarding what time they would arrive within 30 minutes. Even though we decided to not move forward with the project, I would definitely work with them in the future!

Had a leak with one of the lines going into my water heater. Called Top Tier and they were able to come out same-day within a few hours. Once Tayler arrived he instantly made me feel at ease about the situation. Appreciated his expertise and the overall good vibes he brought with him. Definitely feel like we made the right call by going with Top Tier. As for the repair itself, he was in and out in about 30 mins, can’t complain much about that. Very happy with the service, they’ll be my first call the next time I have a plumbing related issue (hopefully not too soon though lol.)
