Sam was great! Efficient, honest, and friendly. It was a full shower valve replacement that required drywall removal. He made a very clean cut that should be easy to patch (rather than having to hire a drywall person)

I wish I could give Top Tier Plumbing 10 stars or more! I found them on Google back in November of 2024. We had an issue with our Master Bathroom toilet. They came out and took care of it same day. So recently we were having an issue in our laundry area. Gas/sewer smell when using our washer, I did not hesitate to call them (yesterday afternoon). They came out this morning (within 24hrs) and took care of the issue. Each time their representative has been very professional, great personality and very detailed when explaining what needed to be done to where we could understand it. This all starts when you make a call into them as well. Every single person we have dealt with has been awesome. They will be our go to anytime we have an issue pertaining to plumbing! You should do the same.

I highly recommend Taylor… this company has provided an excellent communication service during the entire process. I had an emergency last weekend, the main water pipe line of the house broke. He picked up my call on a Saturday evening, the issue was diagnosed and inspected on a Sunday during a very heavy rain and difficult weather. He was very efficient to get the job done without cutting through the concrete since the broken pipe was placed under the driveway of the house. I am thankful to have Top Tier take the job that others couldn’t do it. Thank you and God bless.

Samuel and Rodolfo replaced old plumbing from kitchen to septic underneath house. When Samuel came out to give us an estimate and tell us what needed to be done, he explained all the details what needed to be done and how long it would take. I was very impressed with their efficiency and knowledge. They did an excellent job! Would definitely use them again.

We called Top Tier Plumbing for a pipe repair after having frustrating experiences with two other plumbers, and we’re really glad we did.

They were the third plumber we contacted. We initially called Noble Plumbing, but instead of addressing the pipe repair, they strongly pushed a full repipe for $9,000, which was not what we wanted. We then contacted DeHart Plumbing and clearly stated we did not want PEX piping, yet they still provided a quote that included PEX and a new water heater—basically everything except what we asked for. Only after repeatedly saying no did they finally look at the actual repair and give us a quote.

At that point, we decided to call one more company and reached out to Top Tier Plumbing. From the start, the experience was completely different. Their pricing was comparable to the other companies, but the service and professionalism were far better. They listened to what we wanted, didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary work, and focused solely on fixing the issue we called about.

They repaired everything we asked for quickly and efficiently, and this was the first leak we’ve had in this house, so having a company we could trust made all the difference. Honest, straightforward, and respectful of our decisions—exactly what you want in a plumber. Highly recommend Top Tier Plumbing.

I needed a water softener installed and called Noble Plumbing. They came out the next day and assessed the situation. Brian and Robert came out first thing after the holiday weekend and did a terrific job on the installation! They were efficient and personable and suggested different installation methods and included me in the the decision making. I’m 100 percent pleased with the results!
