Tayler did an amazing job at replacing our 24 year old hot water heater with a New Navien Tankless Hot Water Heater. He was very knowledgeable on the benefits of having a tankless hot water heater. So far, we are enjoying the constant hot water heater, with no temperature drop, in our home. Thank you for our new system Tayler!!!!

Came home to a leaking water heater, Top Tier sent Mikhail he showed up at the time they said, referred me to different options but did not try to upsell me on anything I didn’t want. He showed up in the morning on time with all materials and parts needed went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work, and didn’t leave a mess. Got an amazing technician to come out and fix some plumbing issues my wife and I were having. The technician was prompt, friendly and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Would definitely recommend to anyone having any type of plumbing problems.

I came across Top Tier Plumbing via Google search. I booked an online appointment and received a very quick response via email and text message. Lance called me on the phone the very next day to confirm and schedule the appointment. He was very pleasant to deal with and I admired his energy and enthusiasm. Lance assured me that I called the right company for my needs. I respect that brand of confidence and service to assure customer satisfaction.
Mikhail came out and performed a complete assessment of the scope of work. He gave some recommendations and provided me a free formal quote on the spot. I found the cost estimate quite fair and very competitive. I went ahead and scheduled the installation appointment right then and there. He would be installing a new Kraus stainless-steel sink, Kohler Pull Down faucet and ¾ HP garbage disposal. Mikhail did an incredibly AWESOME job with the entire install process. He was very respectful protecting my kitchen with floor paddings and plastic coverings for the countertops and cabinets. His workmanship was exceptional and surpassed my every expectation. Every detail finished with the finest quality. Mikhail’s meticulous caulking job was a work of art, virtually a perfect finish! The countertop needed to be cut to fit the new sink and no tiles were damaged at all, not even a scratch. He also refitted my water lines and piping in the under-sink cabinet too, made it look streamlined and maximized the space as well. The new sink looks amazing and has become the centerpiece of our kitchen. I couldn’t be happier and quite honestly would have paid twice the cost given the immaculate results. Mikhail actually left my place cleaner than it was before he started! His professionalism is truly top notch!!! Thank you, Mikhail and Top Tier Plumbing. You guys really are Top Tier!!! I will definitely call on you for all my plumbing needs and recommend Top Tier to all my family and friends.

Samuel Crocker was absolutely stellar!! Came in super polite and professional and a little early!! Went right to work and had the clogged solved in under 20 minutes!!! I tired everything prior to calling Top Tier. I will absolutely be using them again.

What a great company Top Tier Plumbing is! I just needed a full inspection. They showed up right on time and kept good phone contact beforehand. The guy was very helpful and kept on task, while still being friendly and patient with my questions. I will call them again if I need any plumbing help!
