Had a whole house back up called Golden State plumbing they came out same day and got everything cleared and back to normal. Very courteous and professional staff reasonable prices will definitely use them again.

I contacted Golden State Plumbing for a clogged sink at my rental, Cameron was very professional in explaining to me and the tenants why the sink was clogged and even provided a photo for proof. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had work done on a leaking pipe back in June 2021 and leaked until today, Feb 2022. I CALLED FOR INFORMATION about what was done in June, but there was no response for 2 days.Their receptionist finally called me and provided me with misleading information regarding work done in June that was "unproperly" installed by them. Manager Tracy called me back, explaining that her receptionist gave me the wrong information. Tracy was very rude, cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation. All I wanted was information regarding the work that was done in June, whether they did or did not properly install pipes. That was it. She did not act in a professional manner, constantly ignoring what I was asking. Explaining the situation in a demeaning tone regarding my pipes, which was already explained by their technicians. I am never using this company again.

Definitely enjoy the great customer service I receive from Golden State and they always do a great job. I refer them to all my clients. Don't look else where.

This company was sent to me by AHS. Service call was scheduled fairly quickly, but Jonathan didn't show up. I called twice during the 3 hours I was waiting and each time the phone was answered by a female with only a hallo and like I was interrupting something. I thought that was odd. Then scheduled again and Nick showed up the next morning and fixed the dripping shower. He left with a quick and friendly good bye. Upon inspection I noticed he left a big mess behind and didn't caulk the shower handle plate back into place. So I called again right away thinking he could swing back to clean up his mess and address the caulking. Instead of a professional conversation I had to deal with Tracy Gimmett on the other end that rattled something off in a really snarky way that it wasn't their job to replace the grout. I asked why she was having an attitude toward me when I was asking a question I had a right to ask as customer and she started yelling that I thought she was rude because I just didn't like her answer and slammed the phone down. I read here that this is her mojo. Well, I sent a request via their nice looking website for the owner to call me. She responds that the owner is out of town until end of next week. Hmmmmm.... Of course I did some googling and quickly found out that she is owner, business manager and receptionist all rolled into one.... that's a real crapshoot for this company as she is clearly emotionally unbalanced, and needless to say, very unprofessional. I made a formal complaint to AHS. If Nick had taken a minute to clean up and another minute to explain to me why he wasn't replacing the caulking this whole matter could have been avoided and left everyone feeling a lot more positive. But I do feel a lot better reading that I'm not the only one to have this type of experience. Good luck y'all if you decide to use them.

They were selected by my home warranty and I was sceptical at first due to past experiences with other companies but Chance showed up and got the job done. I wish my home warranty would use them all the time. He was very professional and made sure the plumbing was functioning before he left. Thank you Chance for doing a great job and thank you Tracy for hiring a person who actually cares about his job.

Very unprofessional and rude. The owner Tracy has a bad attitude and will hang up in your face for asking questions.
Update: Since I am unable to respond to your response I will just update by editing my initial post. First of all yes my husband did call upset at the fact that his wife was treated so rudely and disrespectfully for no apparent reason. Also your message goes over the line by stating he was threatening and harassing you and your staff. You and your staff was also rude and had an attitude and also hung up in his face as well. Second Tracy did not want to help me because as soon as she hung up in my face she was already calling the home Warranty company to tell them she will not work with me. Right after Tracy hung up on me I attempted to call back and speak with her but her receptionist informed me she was already on the phone with AHS. So I hung up and called them to find out that I was already being transferred to another plumbing agency. Also I'd like to add that this is not the first instance that Tracy has treated a customer so rudely and unprofessional. If you scroll down on the comments you will find out.

Brandy with Golden Plumbing is the worst customer service rep in the world! She lied to my wife and I and once we called her out. She became very rude and started yelling at my wife and hung up the phone in our face. She left us hanging and never completed our job. Our home suffered severe water damage and Brandy with Golden State Plumbing bailed on us! I will never use or recommend Golden State Plumbing, they are terrible!

I had a water heater installation with Jimmie, and I must say it was all positive, Jimmie was knowledgeable and did solid work. Cleaned up afterwards as well. In additional to water heater the new lines, valves, piping installed look and function great. Jimmie is excellent at his trade. Highly recommend.

The quality of work was fine, not great but fine. The office and honesty of the company is very poor. They replaced unnecessary parts to jack the price up. For the pieces that were required for the repair I asked for an itemized invoice. They charged well over 3x what the going rate was for the items compared to Lowes/Home Depot. They even charged for a piece they did not replace. This was in addition to the labor costs which were two hours over the time they actually spent at the house. Very dishonest company who I would not recommend.

I called my home warranty company because I had a backup in my plumbing and my toilet was loose and leaking. They contracted Golden State plumbing to come out and take care of it but the home warranty company said it would be several days. I called Golden State and explained the situation to them and they responded the next day from 40 plus miles away. They cleared the line, removed the toilet and put a new seal and new hold down bolts. The job was done completely to my satisfaction and I would definitely recommend Golden State plumbing for being on the ball and not leaving an unsatisfied customer. To sum it up Golden State plumbing is AWESOME and I would definitely call them again, and again!

This is a TERRIBLE company. I would give 0 stars if I could. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They caused damage to my faucet hardware, by not protecting it when trying to pry off the handles. Instead of admitting their error, the owner Tracy yelled and hung up the phone on me. I am now going to proceed with escalating this matter to the legal department of my home warranty company to resolve this issue. I wish I had read the previous poor Google and Better Business Bureau reviews before allowing my home warranty company to contract with Golden State Plumbing.

Very professional management representation. Professional and hard workers. Theresa has been a wonderful representative through out stressful plumbing issues, she understands my needs and able to dispatch an urgent service appts on the same day. Theresa is very attentive and responsive. Cameron and Adam are great technicians , they were able to identify issues and resolved. Fair price and trust worthy company that i will contuning to work with. Golden state plumbing service company is lucky to have you all as employees . Thank you somuch for what you have done to help me fix plumbing related issues for my rental units.

Dishonest and unprofessional! They installed a cheap faucet and the drain still backs up when ever you use the sink. Joe assured us that they will come and install a better faucet if we decided to purchase our own. Few days later we received a call saying we have to pay $120 for them to come back out and fix the problem that was never solved. Joe never stated in notes that the drain still backs up due to the cheap installation. What a bunch of crooks and liars. We regretted going through Golden State Plumbing to began with.

I typically don't take time to write reviews but after dealing with this company and Tracy I have to say this has to be one of the worst companies to do business with. Had an issue with them breaking a faucet valve loose when replacing a supply line and refused to fix it so I filed another home warranty claim and they were dispatched to fix it. They came out and said they would order parts. Then I got a call saying they couldn't fix it cause they may damage sink or tile removing old one. I asked to speak with a manager and got Tracy she was the rudest person I can remember ever dealing with. I would never use this company or recommend to anyone. Luckily the home warranty company agreed to dispatch another company "ability access plumbing" who was able to fix it no problem with no issues.

Very unprofessional. First guy was stumped. Recommended Nick. Made us wait 5 days for their experienced plumber Nick. Instead they send another guy who claims he has never seen a custom shower. Office staff hung up on me twice. Would not let me speak to a manager. We called our home warranty program to complain and fire them. They gave up and quit and never even called me back. Its sad that they can waste everyone's time just because there is plenty of work out there for plumbers.
They left us in a worse position than we started in so do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I fixed the issue myself but now we have a leak on the on off valve from what they attempted. Nice!

Called Golden State to fix my garbage disposal showed up fixed it and was done in no time.

Golden State have done lots of work in my house. From the start of the appointment scheduled, they have been awesome with their communication through texting to tell me of the status and progress and availability. The technician arrived on time, took care of the work, cleaned up the mess and hauled away all the trash.
They also converted my regular water heater to a tankless one. One of the best decisions I made.
I highly recommend Golden State plumbing and will utilize their services all the time.

My hot water heater tank started leaking, so I called my home warranty company and they set me up with Golden State Plumbing Services, Inc. I was a little worried about this plumbing company after reading some of the reviews on Yelp and Google, but both guys (one sent to diagnose the problem, one to install the new water heater) were very nice and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The guy installing the new hot water heater also taught me some stuff (I'm new to home ownership) that I needed to know. He was very friendly, and he did a great job. Definitely happy with the service I received from GSPS.

Great service by this company start to finish. I had been initially referred to another plumbing company by my home warranty company, which turned out to be a disaster. I then contacted Golden States Plumbing. The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable.

Nick came out the next day and immediately without hesitation cleared the stoppage. He even advised why the stoppage occurred and what could be done in the future to prevent it. Nick was professional, on time, efficient, and did not leave a mess.

I will be a repeat customer. If you have plumbing issues I would recommend Golden State Plumbing!!
