Very professional and easy experience from phone call through installation. Our water heater and filtration system were completed in only a couple of hours. Tracy recommended a different filtration system option that will work better for our house than the salt water system that we already had. After install, the team explained to us how to use it very throughly. They had an unexpected issue arise that could possibly affect our original scheduled date, and instead of making us wait, accommodated to come sooner than expected. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my second time working with Golden State Plumbing Service. I called them again because I was pleased with the work they did three years ago. Their customer service was excellent. Jessica in the office was organized and courteous. Justin, who did the work, was skilled and professional. He was on time for the appointment and even wore shoe covers inside my home. The work that was done was high quality and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Justin had everything he needed on his truck to replace the broken parts of my shower. He showed me what was broken and made sure nothing was leaking after he had fixed it. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Golden State Plumbing Service.

My water heater went out on the Friday night (of course!) before Thanksgiving and I immediately filed a claim with American Home Shield. The plumber assigned was Golden State Plumbing. The rep I spoke with had the estimate for a new water heater in to the insurance company first thing Monday morning, expediting the entire process. She was professional, friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable and beyond helpful... overall just amazing. For some reason AHS had to ship the new one to them, instead of letting them pick up the part, and got it there by Wednesday night. They were installing it by Friday! Having the estimate in so quickly no doubt made all the difference. The installation of our propane water heater was quick and painless... the installer was also knowledgeable and professional. I am definitely thankful for Golden State Plumbing this Thanksgiving!!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Herk's plumbing. I had a horrible plumbing issue on a Saturday and they came to the rescue quickly and were so professional, effective and informative and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Herk's 100 percent!

I had an appointment first thing in the morning for some minor work on a gas line and It just so happened my water heater went out overnight. I had water all over the garage. Dustin showed up to do the gas line and when I pointed out the water heater Dustin said he could take care of it for me, he had a full day of appointments, but managed to fit me in. He did all the work at a very fair price! Herks is now going to be my go to plumbing company.

Herk's came out on short notice to replace some leaking drain piping under my house. They actually showed up early, got the work done and charged a reasonable price. Very satisfied. Will be the only plumber I call from now on.

Herk's is the best of the best. We had a pipe break which flooded the underneath of our home. We needed immediate help. They showed up in force and resolved our emergency quickly and professionally. They completely replumbed our entire house. Their follow-up is unparalleled. Herk's is the best in the industry.

We started out a little rocky..but Dustin & Brian came in to save the day! Some of our parts didn't fit..no fault of Herk's..just manufacturer of the faucets...and our older house's shower valves need new cartridges that we haven't been able to locate, YET. But they are still going to try to locate them. I can't say enough about Candace in the office she made sure I was taken care of and was very accomodating. This family business is one worth keeping around..I highly recommend them!

I called this company and they answered right away. You're very helpful and courteous and getting me scheduled the same day. He told me someone could be out there right away. Less than 1 hour after we spoke they arrived and were able to fix the problem with ease. I will definitely be referring this company to anyone who needs any Plumbing services.

By far, the best plumbing business I have ever used. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and affordable. Dustin helped me today, the day before Fourth of July, and though they were clearly busy, he made the time to come back after he diagnosed the problem to install the toilet after I went to the store to buy it. I couldn't have asked for better results in unclogging my kitchen sink! He showed up on time, was very courteous, got the old built up sludge out quickly and made sure there were no further problems. My husband and I just bought our house here in Modesto and we had no clue who to call so after reading so many good reviews I decided to take the chance of calling Herk's and I'm so glad I did! I love friendly hardworking people and so must Herk’s Plumbing because that seems to be the only kind of people they hire. The lady answering the phone at the main office was very nice. The plumber, Cliff, was on time, did excellent work, and even explained what he was doing every step of the way. He really made me feel like he appreciated me as a customer and as a person. He is a very good guy. It has been such a pleasure doing business with Herk’s. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. It’s great to have such an excellent family owned business in my hometown.

Called Herks on a Monday and they came out to give a free estimate on Tuesday morning. Dustin called me 30 minutes before arriving and greeted my pups at the door. He immediately got to work and provided fair estimates for installing a new kitchen faucet, fixing two randomly running toilets, and a new water heater. He provided a detailed explanation on pros and cons of tankless water heaters and explanations on the issues with the toilets. He was able to install the new kitchen faucet and fix one toilet on the spot at a fair price. Dustin was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and Left my house spotless. We will definitely be using them to install a new toilet and a new water heater.

I moved to the Central Valley a few months ago. Thinking I had a clogged toilet I was hoping to find a reputable plumber for same day service. Although I was informed that they had a full schedule, Shane and Joe called and stopped by soon after. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the product. Being very honest, it was explained to me that there are different types of toilets and how this one works. Being disabled and on fixed income I felt relieved for their honestly as I have had bad experiences in the past. Herks is in my contacts now and I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends!!

I have used Herk's Plumbing several times over many years, I am always impressed with there total service. They have installed a gas line for my dryer and also gas stove, which required accessing crawl space, handled instalation with no issues! Cracked ABS drain pipe in the wall of my laundry room, again handled pipe repair with no issues! 7/6/2023, had the Herk's crew out to replace a shower diverter/fill spout for guest bathroom tub/shower. Was greeted professionally, introductions, discussed briefly the work they were going to complete, and they were done! I have a house full of guests showing up here pretty quickly, made short order of getting shower back up and operational! Very pleased, a pleasure doing business with this plumbing organization! I have Herk's Plumbing on speed dial!
