I couldn’t believe the difference the rug restoration service made. My old rug had lost its vibrancy, but after the service, the colors were bright and vivid again. It’s like having a new rug without having to buy one.

I’ve had a few companies clean my carpets over the years, and this was the first time I didn’t have to go back and ask them to redo anything. Everything was spotless.

We have a big fluffy rug that had started to look sad. After the cleaning, it’s fluffy again and smells fresh. The colors even look brighter. Didn’t think it would look this good again.

I used the posted reviews to try a local vendor for carpet cleaning. I called United, the check was made out to Green & Clean, but my invoice had neither of those names on it. United must sub out the work to independent cleaners and hopefully you get some who are good. Three years ago Stanley Steemer charged $325 to steam clean my empty apartment today I paid $750 for "deep cleaning" around furniture and the amount was lowered because I complained. WET, SOAPY, STICKY carpet is not a deep clean. I hope my carpet dries before Thursday. It looks better, but I think I could have done a comparable job renting a rug doctor. I learned an expensive lesson today.

Cleaning Team was here right on time and we're in a gated community, most friends can't find the location or use the gate code. Doorbell ring right on 9:00am on the button, they jumped on the job and finished in a 1:45. Does not sound like they spent much time here but they only cleaned three area rugs and two sofa cushions. They were a mess from an unauthorized teenage party and a dog who decided to bring a rib eye bone up onto a $10,000 sofa (which is only a month old) I went from Zero to Hero by selecting Mills. My wife wanted to do the cleaning of the sofa with some kind of "internet mumbo-jumbo". So glad we waited, the sofa looks brand new. I was referred to the by Floorworks in Newport Beach, who said they had many satisfied clients in Newport Beach and Newport Coast and they deal with very high end products and customers. Thanks for a great job and the gal whom I scheduled the original appointment was very detailed and professional, I think her name was Arleen. Great job I will refer more clients to you. Job well done!

I had Joe come to clean my whole house and a couple of bar stools and i must say that he really does promise what is advertised. I didn't have any spots resurface like in the past with other companies. Just booked him form my office carpet.

I used this company for over 20 years and the service has always - without exception - been prompt and excellent. I have recommended them many times and will continue. Called this co in error( my fault) thinking I was getting mills technique to come clean my carpets many times before ( they had done a great job). Vs calling them from my contacts, I just went to google for their number and was fooled by the similar name and the order it was presented on google—even tho I typed in milks technique.
When the fellow sowed up, he introduced himself w/a different co name so I asked him if he was from mills technique and he looked surprised and then quickly said yes but they contract w/other cos. For services when busy. When he came in I verified the price I was quoted but he stated it would be more than double that. I looked at my husband; it was right before Christmas and I wanted them cleaned, so said yes. HUGE mistake.
Terrible, terrible job—fellow left it SOPPING wet—but promised it would dry in 3-5 hours(never had that happen before.) I had asked him to go over it again (which he reluctantly did before he left) but had a cartload of reasons why it was so wet—pad, extra dirty…) but still promised it would dry 3-5 hours. Demanded I pay w/zelle(no wonder, as you can never get your money back).
Obviously I was very worried but left, came back when he said—and still sopping wet. I called co. number, told him all above and was told he would talk w/his technician.
Upshot, we left out of disgust for a full day and came back to a carpet that looked like a silk shirt that was washed—that should only have been dry cleaned. I was so sad.
Spoke to the fellow again and he said all he could do was refund only $150 (half) of what I paid to wreck my carpeting. (Short story, believe it or not) but after a month and multiple calls, I’ve heard several times ‘the refund is on its way’ and now when I follow up, they have hung up on my call ( w/o answering) 1O times now.
DO NOT USE—ABSOLUTELY CORRUPT FROM THE BEGINNING.!!!!

These people clean my condominium building they do a horrible job they don't even clean the base boards they dont do even clean windows they also don't get cob webs down. they just out right do a very crappy job in my building. it is dirty and my building is big it has 90 units and they charge us $2k to $ 3k a month. so my best recomendation hire a better company if you don't they will have a easy job and easy money and your money down the drain wasted away!
