I am very happy with J.P. cleaning services. They did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned our home. They even made our 16-year-old cook top shine!

Terrible service. So disappointed. They initially on the first visit did a good job to get my business. Their flyer says 100% money back guarantee but that isn't the case. Had them do a deep clean, mainly for blinds and oven, house was completely redone with new paint throughout and new floors, they didn't do either. He quoted me $180.00 then invoiced me for $200, I paid him what the quoted. Owner waited to respond when I sent him pictures and he apologized, said he was out of town and embarrassed. I paid him via Zelle already. When he asked for another chance he wanted to charge me $120. I asked him to do it for $100.00 instead of asking for the money back guarantee. He said NO. I never heard from him again.

We experienced a horrible situation due to domestic violence incident at out home recently. Ben and his team were amazing and took care of everything. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in if they ever need this type of service.

Had a pack rat situation after a family member died, didn't know who to call and found Emergency Reaponse by accident. I didn't check out other companies because Emergency Reaponse were able to come out the next day. Ben (the owner) brought a huge dumpster with them and they took care of everything in the house,backyard, and garage.
I'm very satisfied with them, they made a horrible situation a little bit easier for me. Thank you to the crew.

I had the pleasure of getting to work with Ben and his team after an untimely passing of a family member. When I called to inquire about their services Ben was so attentive to my needs and made me feel so comfortable that I knew he was the right choice but to do the cleanup.
