When I request work from any professional service provider, I expect to receive skilled labor and proficient results in return for payment of my bill. Air-Tro delivered that service and I am very thankful and happy. Chris G. did a very detailed inspection on my gas wall heater and also a thorough cleaning to remove debris and built-up dust. He even went a step further, to check for any possible carbon monoxide leaks. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his work and his professionalism, not to mention the fair service charge. Had new AC and HVAC installed by Air-Tro. One in Monrovia, one in Arcadia. Both were great experiences. They clean up after they complete any work. Had a routine service call at the Arcadia address and Ruben was very kind. He gave me a suggestion on the air filter. so I can now stretch out the replacement time. These folks are established!

We got a quote for regular maintenance on our Air Conditioner & heating units. David was very professional & knowledgeable. The timeline for setting up the quote and doing the 1st maintenance on the units was all within one week. Jaime serviced the units and did a thorough job making sure all the units were working properly. Air-Tro Inc is a well-run company and I would highly recommend them.

Rudy and his team handled our install (a full AC replacement - new ducts, new heat pump, thermostat, new everything). Our attic was SO hot and they never complained and were professional and kind in every single interaction.

The company offered a very fair bid and delivered not only a great system but also the best people to install it. The team was great and very respectful of me, my pet, and my home. I can’t say enough about Air -Tro. They went above and beyond to replace our unit and ducts. We worked with Jose and he was simply amazing! The team he sent out was so professional, always on time, super clean in their work space and very friendly! I highly recommend and we will always use them for any service we need done.

I bought new HVAC system from Air Tro this year. The consultant was good, but the installation had some issue and contributed to failed inspection. They did come back immediately to remedy the issue. I have also bought maintenance plan from them. What I am finding is that each maintenance service team varies in their performance. The recent one I had did not check each vent for output performance as their predecessors did. When I brought it up, they said "your system is fine, but we can check it if you want". I would have been happier if procedures are standardized, and that they are willing to go one extra step as other teams. I would still recommend them overall.

Very disappointed with the service; prices are outrageous, he wanted to charge over $500 for a thermostat that cost only just over $100, coming two times for the same service when the first didn’t do anything and charged for that. Never call them again

issue they send someone out the same day. The manager is very good explaining any issues and what needs to be done.

I paid over $25,000 for a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner from Airtro, which included installation of a wireless thermostat. Less than two years later, the entire system failed due to a power transformer issue. As a former Naval officer and engineer with experience commissioning commercial HVAC systems, I personally tested and confirmed the root cause: Airtro had installed a 40VA transformer instead of the required 50VA, given the demands of the S30 thermostat and EIM. This under-spec’d part made failure inevitable, especially with any minor utility surge.

I provided Airtro with a detailed technical summary of the issue, but my email was disregarded. I was referred to their general service line to book a paid service call. When I followed up and spoke with Tony, I calmly explained the installation error and the resulting failure. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, Tony raised his voice and insisted I would still need to pay $160 for a service call—even though the issue stemmed from their original installation.

For a $25,000 system, this kind of oversight and lack of accountability is unacceptable. My experience with Airtro—from sales, to installation, to post-installation support—has been disappointing at every step. I’m sharing this review to help future customers make an informed decision. I recommend looking elsewhere for a company that stands behind its work and treats customers with respect.

So great working with the team at Airtro (Jose, Jon, and Tim) from planning through til inspections. Every question I had was quickly and thoroughly answered. Would highly recommend them for high quality work at a fair price.

Jose and the Air-Tro team are fantastic! The job started on time and they were finished when they said they would. The cost to replace our entire HVAC was reasonable and we would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their system.

Jose was informative throughout the whole process!No hidden fees! They were up front about everything. Don was great it took 3 days for everything.. they did good clean work . and they are licensed.. All the workers have great customer service and would definitely recommend this company… we went with 5 mini splits..

Air Tro is a reliable and professional heating and cooling service. From the staff taking calls, to the technicians coming to my home to do the work, they are top notch. No aggressive up sells, clear communication, and a job done right.

I'll start with all the good. Called for a service call and got one the same day. Tech was efficient and fixed the issue within an hour. Issue is that when it came to the invoice; they charged close to $300 for a $20 part (I totally expect to pay double or triple a real price; just not 15 times). I had the tech call the supervisor and he was unapologetic and not only just said that is the price if it came from 'the book' but also tried to sell me a maintenance plan. He did discount it down to the total bill of $381.23 (of which some portion, it wasn't broken out but I believe around $100 was the service call fee) from around $450. The pictures attached are the part in question. I will not use this company again and suggest that if you do; you are very careful if you need parts.
