Air-Tro, Inc. recently installed a new HVAC system in my home. Under the direction of Kevin Berry and Jonathan Rodriguez, the crew arrived early and finished the project earlier than anticipated.They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and did not waste time. This is a seasoned family owned business with roots dating back to 1969.

The technicians did a great job and fixed our unit with a new fan motor and fan. I woks great now and no more squeal. However, I was not happy when Nick wanted to make sure what I needed, and he did nothing but inform me that the refrigerant has changed again and that I need to replace the unit.

Came out on time. DId a great job installing the unit. Left off a star because the unit's heat didn't work. The circuit board was bad. Air tro replaced it after a week and everything is working as it should now....

I recommend Air Tro as your first call for any air conditioning needs. I have rarely encountered service at this level. Each person I came in contact with was professional, on time and communicated clearly the issue and options for repair. I had to reschedule an appointment ant the last minute and even that was handled graciously. The repair was done quickly, everything was cleaned up thoroughly and pricing was transparent and fair. I have already highly recommended them to neighbors and friends.

Air-Tro is an amazing company. The installers and all the staff were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job. I will continue to use them to service my AC system and help maintain it. I just love their professionalism and kindess.

It was an unusually hot day, and our AC went out. I called Air-Tro to see if they had a tech in the area. Ryan Mancilla said he was on a call, but he would make sure to get to us. He arrived at our facilities and started trouble shooting our unit and was able to get our AC up and running and give it a nice tune-up in the process. Ryan kept me informed of what he was doing and was always very professional the whole time he was here, and the whole time he was here, he was in a cheery disposition regardless of how hot it was on the roof! Air-Tro has great employes who care about the customer and are very knowledgeable about what they are doing.

The appointment was between 1-5. The technician came around 4pm. I had to call to check on the arrival. I wished maybe we can get a text. It was fine. The technician was very courteous and did the maintenance accordingly. He changed the filter and checked all the wiring of the system. No issued found. It was straight forward. Air Tro was the company installing my system over 15 years ago. Thanks Air Tro.

We had a very old A/C & heating unit that needed top be replaced.. The estimate seemed fair, and the service guys who did the replacement di a great job..They were easy to work with and always left the work areas really clean. We were totally satisfied with working with Air-Tro.

My aunt and uncle have been trusting Air-Tro for almost 30 years so I reached out to Air-tro to help us replace AC and furnace units. The installation team was awesome especially Luis who worked very hard the next day to make sure our AC functional. Thanks so much again for the great team!

We had a great experience with Air-Tro. They consulted with us about our project on the phone and made recommendations about the work to be done. They sent out a representative - the same one who came out 10 years ago to work on our vents. He had the records from the previous installation and was able to create an estimate from the detailed records. The workers arrived on schedule and completed the job in the time estimated. It all went very smoothly and we are pleased with the results. Air-Tro employees know their business and and do good work. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
