Had my carpets cleaned by sc carpet cleaners and i couldnt be happier! Ive had the carpets cleaned before and they turned brownish. But these guys left the carpets nice and clean! They were very detailed and time efficient which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to everybody!!

Found this company on Facebook and have been waiting until my pup was a little older to get the carpets cleaned (he just ow 10 months). They were very responsive to the messaging through Facebook and made sure to follow up the day prior to my appointment as well. They let me know my cleaners were in route the day of and followed up in the afternoon after my appointment. The pet stains I most cared about are gone and the carpets look amazing! I will be using them again in the future!

We waiting far too long to get our carpets cleaned. Our neighbors recommended SC Carpet Cleaners and boy were they right. William, our "carpet tech" was right on time and worked like a dog for 3 hours and the downstairs now looks brand new. We rescued a homeless dog and she wreck havoc with our carpets until she finally got potty trained. I was thinking we might need to replace the carpet but not after today. It all looks brand new! Mary is the person we originally talked to to book the appointment. Can't say enough good things about this 30 year plus family owned small business!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and feel compelled to share it.

I called to hire them to clean my couch after my dogs recently urinated on it. I was quoted $75-$150 for pet urine treatment and deep cleaning and was confirmed for 2:00 PM on Friday.

Friday came and went and no one showed up at 2:00. By 2:30 PM, I had to call and leave two voicemails before I finally received a callback about 15 minutes later. I was told their team was still busy at another job but could reschedule to come between 5-6 PM that same evening. That time window also came and went. At 6:30 PM, I again had to call and leave another voicemail just to find out whether they were still coming. Eventually, I received a call back informing me they were still preoccupied and would not be able to make it at all.

Trying to give them another chance, I rescheduled for 9:00 AM Sunday (today). Once again, they did not arrive on time. By 9:15 AM, I had to call yet again. This time someone answered and told me they would arrive in 19 minutes. They showed up at 9:36 AM.

After finally coming in to look at the couch, I was then told the cost would be $175, not the $75-$150 quote I was originally given over the phone for pet urine and deep cleaning. At that point, after multiple missed time windows, repeated voicemails, and having to stay home waiting both Friday and Sunday morning, I was beyond frustrated. I let them know I was no longer interested.

The gentleman was polite and offered to do it for $150, but by then I was too disappointed with the overall lack of professionalism and respect for my time to move forward.

I'm sure they may do good work since they seem to be very busy, but the repeated scheduling failures and last-minute price change were a complete turnoff. I will not be using this company again and would caution others when booking. I understand that things happen, but as someone who values their time, I would recommend seeking services from a more reliable and professional company.

Moises did a wonderful job! Came to my house, came EARLY and got the job done EARLY! Cleaned my roof AND my windows. NO SPOTS and very charming young man.

I took my Range Rover to Knockout Cleaners for a deep cleaning and they did an amazing job. The attention to detail was incredible my car honestly looked brand new when I got it back. We had a great experience with solar panel cleaning and bird proofing service. Moises were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting. The team did an amazing job cleaning the panels and cleaned up everything afterwards. Highly recommended!

Great service and even greater results! My windows have had consistent water spots and after countless purchases of glass cleaners, I gave up. He was able to remove these spots effortlessly. Definitely looking forward to having him come back and clean my solar panels!
