This company came out the day after I requested a quote to give me a free estimate, then they actually did the cleaning the same week. To make it even better they showed up during the first 30 minutes of their 2 hour arrival window! They also did a great job cleaning our couch and area rug! I will definitely hire them again when the time comes!

MCC did a fantastic job cleaning my loveseat. I bought it used, and it had never been cleaned so it was looking pretty gross. I have several clients sit on it daily for meetings, and it was looking unprofessional. Anyway, it looks beautiful now! Much better then I expected from a cleaning~and it makes a huge difference in the presentation of my office. Price was reasonable, and Gene was great~no BS sales tactics like I got from some of the other numbers I called. I recommend MCC highly!

I have two large dogs which makes it hard to keep the carpet clean. Even though my carpet is very light and showed a lot of dirt, they were able to make it look almost new again. I’ve been happy with their services for many years.

We had flood damage to a Saltillo tile floor and needed it cleaned and sealed. Gene, the owner, communicated well with us when setting dates for an estimate and for the work. I felt his price was very fair. He and his helper were very professional and helped me move some items I could not handle on my own. I would use them again for other jobs

I’ve been using MCC Carpet Cleaning for about 8 yesrs now and I am more than pleased with their service. Gene and his guys are always professional, friendly, on time, and do an EXCELLENT EXCELLENT job. If there were any stains on the carpet, they’re gone for good. No water spills and no messes.... as I’ve experienced in the past with other companies. It’s really a pleasure doing business with tbem!

Making the appointment was simple. Even got a quote over the phone.
Turns out it came out cheaper than what I expected. They came, we left to have some breakfast and returned to a clean carpet. Totally easy, so simple and easy to work with. Very responsive, very professional.

Definitely will use them again and again!

MCC did a great and thorough job with cleaning my carpet. And the carpet was fully dried by the next morning. I have used them for years and have no issues at all. The staff or crew are always courteous, punctual, and above all, highly ethical! I recommend them to all.

This week was the 3rd time I’ve had 5 rooms of carpet cleaned this year, (I have 2 dogs & people going in and out all day).

MCC Carpet Cleaning is wonderful, very efficient, caring, knowledgeable. Throughout the years I’ve enlisted the expertise of Gene and his crew for carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, blinds which were completed in a timely manner. He’s just now completed a large area rug. I will continue to contact MCC for my cleaning needs & will also continue to recommend them as well.

Ulices and Bryan came to clean my carpets same day service I literally called a few hours earlier and they had no problem booking me last minute. They were super friendly and did a great job cleaning my carpets and removing a pet stain and odor my dog left. I definitely would recommend them and use them again

Brandon answered our questions thoroughly and explained the pricing for the cleaning work. He cleaned our carpets and 1/2 of 1 rug to demonstrate how our vision doesn’t always see imbedded dirt clearly. He was correct. Well done Brandon!

Gene and his assistant were very pleasant and helpful to work with. They had to use smaller equipment than that bolted on to his truck because of my location. Both the carpet and upholstery cleaning with the smaller equipment turned out well. I am happy to recommend their service.

Gene and his crew are the best! He has provided carpet and drapery cleaning at my home for over 10 years. The workers are very professional, Courteous and very careful About protecting furniture and walls. I wouldn’t have anybody else but MCC Carpets take care of my home.

I’ve used MCC’s carpet cleaning service twice now and they have not disappointed me. They are flexible and will try to get you in as soon as possible! I have a pet who misses the puppy pads sometimes 😞 and this caused random staining on my living room carpet. Thanks to MCC my carpet looks amazing every time they finish and it smells great! MCC staff was prompt, respectful and very clean. The carpets, including a couple of pet stains came out great. We were even more impressed by how well our travertine floors came out. They look like new!!! I am incredibly impressed by how the floors came out and will likely get them done once a year.

I picked MCC because they quoted a reasonable flat rate for my 2 sofas and were friendly and responsive when I had questions. My sofas really needed some deep cleaning because we have two dogs. Josh took his time to make sure my sofas were like brand new by the time he was done. I was thinking of buying new furniture but now I don’t have to. I will definitely recommend them for upholstery cleaning services.
